- Grease deep dish pie pan. Add ham and cheese evenly to bottom.
- In a blender combine the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Add blended mixture to pie pan on top of ham and cheese.
- Bake in preheated 350˚F oven for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes, then cut and enjoy.

CRUSTLESS BROCCOLI, BACON, AND CHEDDAR QUICHE

- Preheat oven to 350 and grease a quiche or pie dish (or baking dish up to 9x13 inches) with butter or oil. Place prepared dish on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil, just in case of overflow while baking. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs (4), milk (1.5 cups), bisquick (3/4 cup), kosher salt (1/2 teaspoon), and black pepper (1/2 teaspoon) until well combined.
- Stir in the grated parmesan cheese (1 cup), the steamed broccoli florets, and the shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz./2 cups).
- Pour batter into greased dish and bake (on a foil covered baking sheet in case of overflow) for about 60 minutes or until golden brown on top and set (it shouldn't jiggle when you shake it).
- Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Mix three ingredients together (eggs, Bisquick and milk) - either mix in blender for 30 seconds or hand mix with a whisk. Grease bottom of Pyrex glass 10 inch pie pan. Place chopped broccoli in pie pan. Spread on bottom. Place onion and Cheddar cheese on top of broccoli. Pour milk mixture in pie pan over broccoli and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife placed in center comes out clean.

Steps:
- Spray large pie pan with Pam.
- Layer fried and crumbled bacon, spinach, red onion and cheeses. (You may also substitute with the Mexican blend of shredded cheese).
- If making ahead, cover and refrigerate.
- When ready to bake: prepare liquid mixture in a separate bowl by beating milk, eggs, Bisquick and pepper just until mixed well.
- Pour liquid mixture over layered ingredients.
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, uncovered, for approx 45 to 60 minutes. If getting too brown, cover with foil until done.
- Cool about 10 minutes before cutting (pie style).

Steps:
- Thaw, rinse and drain broccoli.
- Put 1/2 of broccoli in 11x7 glass pan sprayed with Pam.
- Put 1/2 onion, 1/2 pepper and all of cheese on top of that.
- Put remaining broccoli, onion and pepper on top of that.
- Blend egg beaters, milk, bisquick, salt, pepper and garlic in a blender until smooth.
- Pour mixture over broccoli in pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cut into 6 pieces when cool.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lightly grease an 8 inch square pan or a 9 inch pie plate.
- Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels; discard grease.
- Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion into pan.
- Blend eggs, Bisquick, milk, pepper, dry mustard, dill weed and salt together until smooth.
- Pour mixture over top of bacon mixture.
- Bake until top is golden brown, and knife inserted comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
