1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 square margarine
1 packet zesty Italian seasoning
Pasta noodles of choice or rice

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients into crock-pot (except pasta).
  • Cook on low 3-4 hours. After about an hour open crock-pot and stir everything together.
  • When complete, shred or cut chicken into chunks. Serve over steamed rice or pasta of your choice. (Bowtie or angel hair is really good.)

1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
1 medium onion, chopped

1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1-1/4 cups water
3/4 cup process cheese sauce

1/2 cup 2% milk
Fresh red currants, optional

Steps:

  • Place rice in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with the broccoli, onion, celery, parsley and salt. Arrange chicken over vegetables. , In a large saucepan, combine the soup, water, cheese sauce, salad dressing and milk. Cook and stir until cheese sauce is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over chicken. , Cover and bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 170°. Garnish with red currants if desired.

  • In a small bowl, combine the mustard, honey, seasoning blend and Worcestershire sauce. Carefully loosen the skin of the chicken; spoon some of the mustard mixture under the skin., Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic fire roasted crushed tomatoes, undrained
1 1/3 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)

Steps:

  • In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with 1/4 teaspoon of the salt and 1/4 teaspoon of the pepper. Place chicken in skillet; cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until browned on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet. Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet.

2 tablespoons olive oil
½ onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 can black beans, drained
1 lime
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, add the olive oil and place the chicken skin side down for about 5 minutes or until skin is golden brown. Flip the chicken and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Take the chicken out and add the onions and cook until they're translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the rice, stir to coat in the oil and onions, and toast for 3 minutes.
  • Add the garlic then pour in the chicken stock and place the chicken on top of the rice. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
  • Once cooked, take the chicken out and add in the cilantro, black beans, and the juice of one lime. Mix until well-incorporated.
  • Serve the chicken over rice and garnish with cilantro.

It adds extra flavor to the chicken.

1/2 cup of zesty Italian dressing
1 (8 ounce) box rice pilaf mix (or however much rice you want)
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup vegetables (I use broccoli and carrots, you can use whatever you like)
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chicken stock

Steps:

  • In a bowl mix teriyaki sauce and dressing, and then add the chicken.
  • Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  • Cook rice according to the directions on the box.
  • In a large skillet toast the almonds in the butter; set aside in a small bowl for later.
  • Heat oil on medium heat in the skillet.
  • Remove chicken from the sauce (save the rest of the sauce) cook the chicken so it starts to caramelize on all sides.

1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts or 3 1/2 lbs bone-in chicken pieces
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 -2 tablespoon mccormick grill mates Montreal chicken seasoning
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Lightly pound chicken to an even thickness. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl.
  • Add to chicken, turn to coat well.
  • Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
  • Remove from marinade, discard remaining marinade.
  • Grill over medium high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • If using bone-in chicken, double marinade. Let marinade thicken up for approximately 1/2 hour, then brush mixture onto both sides of chicken and marinate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Bake chicken on top of a rack in baking pan at 350° approximately 60 minutes, or until juices run clear.
