- Cut cheese logs into pieces for mummy's head, body, arms and legs; arrange on a serving plate. , In small bowl, beat cream cheese and milk. Cut a small hole in the corner of a pastry or plastic bag; insert basket weave tip #47. Pipe rows across the mummy, creating bandages. Add peppercorns for eyes and pimiento strip for mouth. Chill until serving.

- Remove fruit chunks from chutney and cut fine.
- Place prepared chutney in medium bowl and add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Cover and chill one day before serving.
- Serve with thin crackers.

- Lay 6 slices of the bread on a cutting board and brush each slice generously with the butter. Turn the slices over and spread each one with 1 1/2 tablespoons of the chutney. Place 1/2 cup of the Cheddar evenly on each slice and place the remaining 6 slices of bread on top of each sandwich. Brush the tops generously with melted butter.
- Heat a panini press (see Cook's Note) and grill the sandwiches according to the directions for the machine, until the bread is nicely browned on both sides and the Cheddar is starting to melt.
- Place the sandwiches on a cutting board and cut each one in half diagonally. Serve hot.

- Mix all ingredients except walnuts, cream cheese and crackers in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until fruit is plump and mixture is thick. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until completely cooled.
- Meanwhile, heat oven to 350°. Spread walnuts on cookie sheet. Bake 5 to 7 minutes, stirring twice, until light golden brown; cool.
