Ingredients

1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup water
1 5- inch cinnamon stick
Ice or coffee ice cubes
1 cup cold-brewed iced coffee concentrate
2 tablespoons cinnamon dolce syrup (recipe below)
Half-and-half

Steps:

Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and set over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through and the sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick. Keeps refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Add coffee concentrate, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon dolce syrup (add less or more depending on your preference), and half and half to desired point of creaminess. Drop in a straw and serve.

4 cups strong coffee
1 cinnamon stick, broken in pieces (3inch stick)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon coffee syrup (or Try Coffee Syrup)
sweetened whipped cream (optional)
ground cinnamon (optional)
cinnamon stick (optional)

Steps:

Pour hot coffee over cinnamon pieces; cover and let stand about 1 hour.
Remove cinnamon and stir in cream.
Chill thoroughly.
Stir in coffee syrup.
To serve, pour into ice-filled glasses.
If desired, top with sweetened whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Use cinnamon sticks as stirrers.

1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
1 (12.4-oz.) can Pillsbury® Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls with Icing

Steps:

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Using 1 tablespoon of the butter, butter 9-inch pie pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the mixture over buttered pan. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of the nuts over sugar mixture.
Separate dough into 8 rolls; cut each into quarters. Place half of pieces evenly over nuts; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the sugar mixture. Dot with remaining tablespoon butter; top with remaining roll pieces and sugar mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle icing over rolls; sprinkle with remaining nuts. Cut into wedges. Serve warm.
