WATERCRESS CAESAR SALAD
Did you know that watercress is one of the most nutrient-dense foods? It's true! Packed with vitamin K, which promotes healthy bones, and antioxidants, cruciferous watercress is in the same family of vegetables as cabbage, kale, and Brussels sprouts. This dish puts a twist on classic Caesar salad by swapping the lettuce for watercress.

WATERCRESS AND MANDARIN SALAD
Living in Haiti, I noticed they sell lots of watercress so I have put this very nice salad together. It's very refreshing and great to serve as a starter at dinner parties! If you can get some fennel, chop up the white bulb and add into your salad. Unfortunately, I cannot get any here... Am trying to grow it though... ;)
