i went out to dinner the other night and i had this steak i came up with the recipe myself and it tasted just like what i had for dinner

Ingredients

21/2 lb round steak
1 beef bouillon, crumbled
3/4 c water
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp dill weed
1 medium onion, sliced
1 c sour cream

Steps:

1. Cut steak into serving size pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a crockpot. Add dill, onion, bouillon cube and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Ingredients

2 -2 1/2 lbs boneless round steak
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 medium onion, sliced
1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup water
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

Cut steak into serving size pieces, removing all visible fat. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.
Place in the slow cooker with the dill, onion and bouillon cube. Add 1/2 cup water.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove the meat and thicken the juices with the 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup water.
Add the sour cream.
Return the meat to the slow cooker.
Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
