Fresh Fruit Tequila Cooler Food

CUCUMBER PINEAPPLE TEQUILA COOLER

Steps:

• Prepare a vegetable juicer (or blender if unavailable). Run the pineapple, limes and cucumber through the juicer, letting all the juices combine. Pour the tequila into a cocktail shaker or pitcher, and then add the juices, ice, agave and salt. Shake or stir vigorously until chilled. Line up 4 tall Tom Collins glasses filled with ice, and pour the tequila cooler over. Serve with straws and cucumber slices for garnish.

TEQUILA COOLER

Steps:

• In a tall glass three-fourths full of ice cubes, stir together tequila and Cuarenta y Tres and top off with seltzer or club soda.

STRAWBERRY AND TEQUILA COOLER

Steps:

• Muddle the strawberries with the lemon slices, mint, and agave syrup in a large pitcher. Add the tequila and stir well. Pour over rocks glasses filled with crushed ice. Top each glass with club soda and garnish with mint leaves before serving.

FRUIT COOLER

Steps:

• In a blender, combine the juices, strawberries and sugar. Cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a pitcher; stir in water. Serve in chilled glasses over ice.

TEQUILA AND GRAPEFRUIT COOLER

Steps:

• Moisten the top of a tall (about 10 or 12 ounce) glass with lime juice and dip in a saucer of salt to rim the glass. Fill the glass half full of ice cubes. Pour in the tequila and grapefruit soda. SUMMER FRUIT COOLER

Steps:

• Pour 3 cups grapefruit juice into two ice cube trays; freeze until set., In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple, orange and cranberry juices; stir in remaining grapefruit juice. Chill until serving., Slowly stir in soda; add the grapefruit ice cubes. Garnish with orange slices and mint.

MEXICAN FRUIT COOLER

Steps:

• In a blender combine all ingredients and blend on high speed until completely smooth. Pour cooler through a fine sieve into a glass pitcher. Chill cooler and stir before serving.

TEQUILA-SOAKED FRUIT

Steps:

• Cut watermelon and mango into 1-inch cubes. Slice off rind and pith from oranges; cut in half lengthwise, place flat sides down, and cut into semicircles. Place all fruit in a large dish and sprinkle with tequila. Set aside for up to an hour. Grate lime zest over fruit. Skewer and serve.
