CROCK POT GOOD GRAVY PORK ROAST
I have a treat for you folks! This dump-and-go recipe is not only simple, but has a flavorful gravy that makes this Crock Pot Good Gravy Pork Roast the perfect comfort food!

Steps:
- Place your pork roast in your 4-quart slow cooker
- Pour your soups on top
- Sprinkle your mixes on top of the soups
- Use your broth to rinse out the can of cream of mushroom soup and drizzle over the top of your mixes
- Cover your roast with slices of pepper jack cheese
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours (high is not recommended for a fall-apart tender roast)
- Stir the melted cheese into your gravy.
- If your gravy isn't thick enough, put in more cheese slices, cover and cook on high until the cheese is melted and stir again.

- Place your pork loin in your 2.5-quart crock pot (I used this one.)
- Spoon your soup over your pork loin
- Sprinkle your gravy mix evenly over everything
- Pour your water over the top of everything
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours
- Remove your pork loin from your crock pot, place in a serving dish, give your gravy a good stir and pour over your pork loin in your serving dish

Steps:
- Mix together cream of mushroom soup and condensed French Onion Soup.
- Optional step: dredge thawed pork roast in 1/2 cup flour that has been seasoned with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Brown all sides of pork in a skillet of hot vegetable oil.
- If you do not brown the roast, season all sides with salt and pepper.
- Add pork roast to slow cooker insert. Pour soup mixture over top.
- Cook on low for 8-12 hours or high for 5-6 hours or until the pork is fork tender.

AWESOME CROCKPOT ROAST WITH GRAVY
I have based this recipe on one that I've used from here several times, Recipe#57130 posted by kcdelong. Even though the original was very good,sometimes you can't help but adding your own special tweaks.:)As usual with any of my recipes,please feel free to change any of the seasonings to your own personal tastes.If you like you can add a 1 pound bag of baby carrots before you add the roast.The time that's listed is based upon my crockpot,so adjust cooking times according to yours.If you would like more color,just slightly brown each side of the roast in a small amount of vegetable oil.Posted to Food.com (a.k.a." - In a small bowl mix together seasoned salt,garlic powder,oregano,and onion soup mix.
- Rub mixture into all sides of roast,place into a 4 quart crockpot.
- Spread golden mushroom soup over roast and cook on low for 7 hours.
- For the gravy,melt the butter in a medium sized saucepan add the flour and make a paste.
- Add the roast liquid a little at a time while stirring,if the gravy is too thick and water until desired consistency is reached.

- Rub salt and black pepper onto pork loin and place in crock pot. Add all of remaining ingredients EXCEPT cornstarch and water.
- Turn crock pot on high for 1 hour and then cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Mix cornstarch and water in small bowl and add last 15 minutes of cooking time which will help make the gravy.
- Remove loin onto a serving plate. This recipe will go well with rice, potatoes or noodles.
