Cranberry Wedding Punch Food

CRANBERRY CREAM PUNCH

Steps:

• Prepare Cranberry Ice Ring one day in advance.
• Cranberry Cream Punch: In punch bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, cranberry juice concentrate, (liqueur and food coloring, if desired).
• Just before serving, add club soda/ginger ale and ice ring.
• Cranberry Ice Ring: Combine cranberry juice cocktail and water.
• In 1-1/2-quart ring mold, pour 1/2 cup cranberry liquid.
• Arrange cranberries and lime slices or mint leaves in mold and freeze.
• Add remaining 3 cups cranberry liquid to mold; freeze overnight.

SPARKLING CRANBERRY PARTY PUNCH RECIPE!

Steps:

• Bring water and sugar to a boil in small pot, stirring constantly.
• Once sugar has dissolved completely, remove from heat.
• Combine Cranberry Juice, Sprite and Sugar Water mixture in large punchbowl, and stir.
• Add scoops of Ice Cream just before serving for some delicious frothy goodness!
• Transfer to large Punch bowl with glasses, or serve out of Mason Jar Mugs! ENJOY!!

CRANBERRY PUNCH

Steps:

• Half-fill 6 tall glasses with ice. Fill to about three quarters with cranberry-apple juice. Pour ginger ale evenly into the glasses. Stir gently. Decorate with lime and mint sprigs.

CLASSIC CLEAR PUNCH

Steps:

• Pour everything into a punch bowl and serve.
• There are two other variations of white cranberry juice- one with strawberry, one with peach- these both add a lovely blush of color to your punch!

CRANBERRY RASPBERRY PUNCH

Steps:

• In a blender, combine the strawberries, lemonade concentrate and cranberry raspberry concentrate. Cover and process until smooth.
• Transfer to a punch bowl, then stir in ginger ale and club soda. Top with scoops of sherbet and serve immediately.

RASPBERRY SHERBET HAWAIIAN WEDDING PUNCH

Steps:

• In a large punch bowl, mix the drink and follow the can directions for the frozen juices.
• After that, scoop in the raspberry sherbet into the bowl and mix it up really good.
• Right before you serve, pour the 2 bottles of ginger ale or 7up very slowly around the outside edge of your punch bowl.

CRANBERRY WEDDING PUNCH

Steps:

• Combine Juices, sugar and extract.
• Chill.
• Just before serving, add sherbet and ginger ale.

HOLIDAY CRANBERRY PUNCH

Steps:

• place slices of orange and lime in bottom of large punch bowl.
• mix all punch ingredients together pour on top.
• Serve ice cold.
• TIP: To prevent the punch from being watered down make ice cubes with punch instead of water.
• The punch will stay cold without being watery.
