- Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring, until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain and return to the skillet.
- Turn the heat down to medium and add the seasoning packet. Stir in the rice, peas, broth, and 1 cup of cheese. Let simmer for 3 minutes.
- Transfer everything to a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.

- In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook and crumble beef until no longer pink; drain and set aside. In same saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Saute onion, carrots, celery, basil and parsley until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Add potatoes, ground beef and broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until potatoes are tender, 10-12 minutes. , Meanwhile, in a small skillet, melt remaining butter. Add flour; cook and stir until bubbly, 3-5 minutes. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink (about 5-7 minutes). Drain.
- In a separate bowl, stir together condensed soups, milk, salt, chives, pepper and garlic powder.
- Add cooked rice, soup mixture and vegetables to the cooked beef. Stir to combine. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top.

- Sweat the onions in the oil with a three-fingered pinch of salt. Add the beef and cook it, breaking it up as you do. Add another three-fingered pinch of salt or two, along with the dry seasonings. Add the tomatoes and bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and cook for an hour.
- Cook the macaroni in boiling water till it's half done. Drain it and add it to the tomatoes. (I wanted this to stretch into two meals, so I used the whole box, but if you want your dish to be very tomatoey and beefy, you might want to add only half the macaroni). Stir it into the sauce. Taste it and add cheese and cover or transfer it to a large baking dish and cover it with foil. It can be refrigerated for up to two days, or frozen a few weeks.
- If refrigerated bake it in a 400 degree oven till it's piping hot (about 45 minutes if it's cold to room temperature). Just before you're ready to eat, remove the foil, cover macaroni with the cheese and broil till the cheese is bubbly.

- Spray 9x11 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain off excess liquid and add chopped onion. Cook additional 3-4 minutes.

- Add a dab of butter or margarine to the pot and then add the ground beef.
- Cook the ground beef until almost no pink remains.
- Add the chicken broth, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to the pot. Stir.
- Add the long grain rice and gently push it down until it is covered by the liquid.
- Add the tomato soup and corn. Do not stir.
- Place the lid on the Instant Pot and turn the steam release handle to the sealing position.
- Set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook High for 7 minutes.
- When the Instant Pot is done cooking, immediately turn the steam release handle to the venting position and do a quick release.

- Peel and dice the potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Peel and slice the carrots. Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Add the potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and pepper to a slow cooker (4 quarts or larger).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain off the excess fat. Add the browned and drained beef to the slow cooker along with the can of stewed tomatoes (with juices). Finally, add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce to the slow cooker.
- Give the contents of the slow cooker a brief stir to make sure everything is evenly combined (the broth may not fully cover the other ingredients). Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for four hours, or low for eight hours.
- After cooking on high for four hours or low for eight hours, remove the lid and stir the stew. Use the back of a spoon to slightly mash some of the potatoes, which will help thicken the stew.
- Add the frozen peas (no need to thaw) and stir to combine into the stew. Taste the stew and add extra salt if needed (I did not add any, this will depend on the salt content of your beef broth). Serve hot with bread for dipping!
