Steps:

- Melt butter and blend in the lemon juice and sour cream.
- Salt and pepper the fish to taste and place in a casserole dish.
- Spread the onion rings evenly on top.
- Pour the sour cream mixture over fish, spread evenly and top with the cheese.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

Need a change from boring, basic fish? My family loves this recipe. I have been told it is "to die for". I have made it several times (changing the type of fish fillets). My favorites are salmon and walleye. 2 lbs of fillets is an estimate. You will need enough fish to line the bottom of a 9 by 13 cake pan.

Steps:
- Sautee onions and mushrooms in butter.
- Add some Lawry's Seasoning Salt.
- Sautee until onions are tender and transparent.
- Add the soup, cheeses, salt & pepper to taste, Lawry's Seasoning to taste, garlic powder to taste, basil, crab, milk or wine.
- Simmer until creamy.
- Line fish in a single layer in a greased 9 by 13 pan.
- Sprinkle some salt on the fish.
- Pour cheese mixture over the fish.
- Sprinkle enough crushed crackers to cover the sauce.
- Top off by sprinkling grated parmesean cheese over the top.
- Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes(or until fish flakes with a fork).
- Serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 400f degres.
- Saute onions in oil until trasparent and slightly browned, add spinach and heat just until wilted.
- Spray an 8 x 8 inch glass dish with veggie spray.
- Place macaroni on bottom of dish to cover the bottom. Place slices of tomato in one layer over macaroni. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheddar over tomatoes; Add onion and spinach mix and spread evenly over. Lay sole pieces in one layer over spinach mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle the other quarter cup of cheddar cheese over top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until fish is cooked through and flaky.
CHEESY BAKED FISH

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place butter in a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Place casserole dish in the preheating oven until butter is melted, about 5 minutes.
- Spread onion slices in the bottom of the casserole dish. Place cod skin-side down over onion. Sprinkle seasoned salt evenly on top.
- Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, and fresh parsley together in a bowl. Spread over cod.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cod flakes easily with a fork, 20 to 25 minutes.

- Sprinkle the fish pieces with salt and pepper; arrange in a shallow baking.
- In a saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium-low heat; add garlic and mushrooms; saute until mushrooms are tender and golden. Stir in flour until smooth and dissolved into the butter.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 12x7-inch casserole dish.
- Slice potatoes 1/8 inch thick and place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high until barely soft, 3 to 5 minutes; set aside.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour and stir until the mixture becomes paste-like and light golden brown, 2 to 4 minutes.
