VAMPIRE TACOS RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: flank steak, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, cumin, oregano, corn tortillas, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, chipotle peppers, lime juice, salt, guacamole, pico de gallo, queso fresco, fresh cilantro leaves

Steps:
- Combine steak and all marinade ingredients in a large plastic storage bag or bowl. Toss to coat. Marinade at least 1 hour or up to 24.
- Remove meat from marinade, discard.
- Heat a grill, grill pan or large saute pan to high heat. Cook to desired doneness. Allow the meat to rest at least 10 minutes before thinly slicing against the grain.
- To prepare the sauce, combine mayo, chipotles, lime juice and salt. Stir to combine.
- Heat a saute pan to medium heat.
- Place one corn tortilla in the pan, sprinkle about ¼ cup (25 G) cheddar cheese on top. Cover with a second corn tortilla. Cook just until the cheese is melted, flipping once. The tortillas should be soft and pliable, not crispy.
- To assemble the tacos, top the corn tortillas with a spoonful of guacamole.
- Add few slices of steak, then top with pico de gallo, cotija cheese and some of the sauce. Garnish with cilantro if desired.

- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg and extracts. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Flatten into a disk. Wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes., On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/8-in. thickness. Cut with a floured 2-in. round cookie cutter., Place half of the circles on greased baking sheets. Place 1 teaspoon jam in the center of each circle; top with remaining circles and press edges lightly to seal. Use a toothpick to poke 2 small holes (resembling a vampire bite) in the top of each cookie., Bake at 325° for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are set. (Jam will escape from tops of cookies as they bake.) Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. If necessary, dip a toothpick in additional jam and drizzle from the small holes in the cookies to emphasize vampire bite as desired.

- On a lightly floured surface, unroll pastry. Using a round 3-in. cutter, cut out seven circles from each sheet. Place 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese and 1/2 teaspoon walnut butter in the center of each pastry. Brush egg around edges. Fold pastry over; press down around filling to seal. Brush tops with egg., Transfer to ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 400° for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute before removing from pans to wire racks., For sauce, in a small saucepan, combine sugar and juice. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is thick and syrupy. Remove from the heat; cool slightly. Place cranberries in a blender; cover and process until chopped. Add syrup; process until smooth., Cut marshmallows in half diagonally to resemble fangs. When pastries are cool enough to handle, pry open slightly and dip in syrup; add fangs.
