SLOW COOKER CAJUN APPLE PORK TENDERLOIN
Slow Cooker Cajun Apple Pork Tenderloin - delicious tender pork tenderloin in a spicy sweet cajun apple sauce.

Steps:
- Mix all the seasoning for the Cajun seasoning together in a bowl.
- Rub this all over the pork tenderloins (or you can add the pork tenderloin to a zip lock bag with the season and shake to coat.
- Add the pork tenderloin to a slow cooker with the onion.
- In a bowl whisk together the apple sauce, water and maple syrup.
- Pour this over the pork tenderloin.
- Cook in the slow cooker for 4 hours on low or 2 hours on high
- Remove pork and rest for a few minutes before slices.
- If you require a thicker sauce, add sauce to a saucepan and simmer on a high heat until it reduces down.
- Pour over the pork, sprinkle with the chopped spring onion and serve with your choice of sides.

- Finely chop vegetables. In a large skillet, saute vegetables in butter until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in seasonings and pepper sauce., Cut several slits in roast to within 1/2 in. of bottom. Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Spoon onion mixture between slits and over the top of meat. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until pork is tender., Transfer roast to a serving platter; keep warm. Strain cooking juices and pour into a small saucepan. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into the pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Serve with roast.
