Really easy and tasty dessert. The flour sinks to form a crust, the middle is a custard and the top is coconut. Serve chilled with a dollop of Cool Whip.

SAVOURY IMPOSSIBLE PIE
From Women's Weekly All Time Favourites. This has never stuffed up for me, my husband loves it. Australian cup measurements (250ml, 1T=20ml). I've also made a lighter version, can post if required.

Steps:
- Fry bacon until browned, place bacon into a sieve and allow to drain. (I use chopped ham or bacon and just microwave it for a bit, then drain on paper towel).
- Oil shallow 23cm round flan dish. Whisk flour and milk in medium bowl until smooth; whisk in eggs.
- Stir in remaining ingredients; pour mixture into prepared dish. Bake in moderately slow oven (160C, 325F) about 1 hour (60 minutes) or until set.

IMPOSSIBLE PIE
i found this recipe in my sister in law's high school cook book. it really is impossible in everything, impossibly easy to make, impossibly tasty. it has got me out of a fix more than once when i had guests coming over within an hour's notice. this recipe is originally eaten cold, but just last week we had it warm and it still rocked. hope you like as much as we do. Sorry about the temp, the first reviewer was right it does bake at 350*F, corrected it now. Thanks for the reviews.

- if you have a blender large enough for this batch, go ahead and blend all the ingredients. if not, use an electric mixer as i do.
- pour into a greased 25cm backing dish.
- bake in a preheated oven at 350*F for 45 min(check on it after 30 min).
- the flour should form a ouhg at the bottom and the coconut will be on top.
- enjoy.

Received this recently from a friend and this will be my new recipe for this type dish.I made it for breakfast this morning and it is a keeper. While I have always put a variety of meats and/or vegetables in my impossible pies, this has a lot of vatiations I would not have thought of.

Steps:
- Choose the base ingredients based on the size of the pie pan you are using.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease desired size pie pan.
- Sprinkle meat, cheese and vegetables, if using, into pan.
- Beat base ingredients until smooth, 14 to 30 seconds in a blender; or 1 minute on high with a hand beater; or 2 minutes by hand.
- Pour batter into pan, covering filling ingredients.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, and top is golden brown.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving.

- Chicken, broccoli, jack cheese, onion -- ham, mushrooms, Swiss cheese --.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
- Grease a 10" pie plate.
- Boil 1" of water in a saucepan and add the broccoli. Cover and return to a boil. Boil for 5 to 7 minutes or until almost tender and then drain.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked broccoli, onion green pepper and cheese.
- Pour this mixture into the greased pie plate.
- In another bowl, mix the Bisquick, milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
- Pour on top of the vegetables in the pie plate.
- Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
