HAM AND CHEESE YUM YUM

Steps:

• Preheat oven according to pizza crust package instructions. Lay pizza dough out on pan and spread to sides.
• In small bowl, mix together mozzarella and sandwich spread. Spread mixture over pizza dough leaving about 1/2 inch from edges.
• Down the middle of dough place 1/2 ham then the cheese and then the 2nd half of ham.
• Fold the pizza dough...Fold in the ends first, then one long side half way and then the other side overlapping the first, creating a seal...Hope that makes sense...
• Flip over so the seam is on the bottom. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cut 3 slits in the top, diagonally. Bake according to package instructions.
• Enjoy...serves 5-6

RICH AND CHEESY HAM AND ASPARAGUS NOODLE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• In large bowl, mix together well the first 4 ingredients.
• Gently fold in rest of ingredients except noodles and potato chips.
• Cook noodles 1 minute less than shortest time on directions. *I cooked mine for 6 minutes.
• Fold in noodles.
• Pour/spoon into lightly greased 13x9 baking dish.
• Top with crushed potato chips.
• Bake in 350 oven for 35 minutes til bubbly!
• *Do not precook asparagus.
• **Can sub a 10 oz. box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained, for the asparagus if preferred.
