Steps:
- Drain the juice out of the canned fruit cocktail. Reserve 1/4 of the fruit cocktail for the top.
- Add fruit cocktail, mini marshmallows, and cool whip to a medium to large sized bowl.
- Stir or fold the cool whip together with the fruit and marshmallows until well combined.
- Serve the salad in a clear glass bowl and flatten the top out with a spatula. Add some extra marshmallows and the reserved fruit cocktail to the top of the salad. This lets people know what is in the salad.
- Makes a total of 10 servings and I used a ½ cup for each serving.

- Wash and prep all the fruit. Cut the strawberries, mangoes, kiwis, and pineapple into 1 inch cubes. Leave a few slices of kiwi and pineapple for presentation. Slice the bananas.
- In a small pot, add the milk and heat over medium heat. Once the milk begins to bubble on the sides, add the rose water and orange blossom water. Mix well and add the lemon juice. The milk will immediately begin to clot. Prep a large strainer over a medium-sized bowl. Using a large spoon with holes, begin to remove the clotted cream from the surface and pour into the strainer. Continue until the remaining liquid is clear/yellow. Add more lemon juice if needed. Refrigerate until cold. **Lasts 2-3 days in fridge.
- In a small blender, add 1 pound of the strawberries (I used frozen) to the blender along with the ½ cup of water. Blend until smooth and juice-like. **Feel free to substitute the homemade strawberry juice with 2 cups of any juice preferred.
- Fill the serving glasses halfway with fruit. Add ½ cup of the strawberry juice over the fruit. Add the remaining fruit until the glasses are filled. Add 2 tablespoons of Ashta over the fruit. Sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with honey. Enjoy!

- Bake the classic "fruit cake" that we all love. We all know the dessert Crema de Fruta. While you can certainly buy it from a bakery instead of making it, it takes a special type of person to make a homemade version and that's who you should be this season.
- Make a no-bake cake. Not everyone has the time to make a celebratory cake, but if you've got room in the refrigerator, you should make one of these cakes instead.
- Make cupcakes sweeter with fruits. What's fantastic with fruit cocktail is that it's always available, especially during the holidays, it's easy and simple to use, and best of all, it makes anything fruity and delicious.
- Make the dressing different. If you're not keen on diverting too far from what's been tried and tested, why not try a different dressing to toss with your fruit salad?
- Pair it with savory. We think changing the dressing of your fruit salad is one of the simplest ways to rework the flavors in a can of fruit cocktail, but there's something else you can do: mix it up with something savory.
