1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated meat ravioli
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 cups CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce, heated
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain pasta.
  • Stir basil into pasta sauce. Layer 1/3 of the sauce and 1/2 of the pasta in 8-inch round baking dish; repeat layers. Top with remaining sauce; sprinkle with cheeses.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Easy Ravioli

Here's what you need: ravioli, bolognese sauce, shredded cheddar cheese

1 ⅓ lb ravioli
2 ¼ cups bolognese sauce
shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • NOTE: We used about 600g of each, Ravioli (1 ⅓lb) and Bolognese sauce (2 ¼cup). Depending on your pan size this will vary.
  • Cover the base of a deep dish baking tray with a layer of ravioli.
  • Cover this with a thin layer of bolognese sauce, use the back of a spoon to spread it around evenly.
  • Sprinkle a thin layer of grated cheddar over the bolognese sauce.
  • Put down another layer of ravioli, followed by another layer of bolognese sauce.
  • Cover all of this with a generous topping of more grated cheese.
  • Cover the tray with tin foil and bake in the center of a pre-heated oven for 35 mins. 200°C (400°F) Gas Mark 6.
  • Remove the tin foil and bake for a further 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese on top has melted and browned a bit.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Spray bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch pan with Pam.
  • Spread 3/4 cups pasta sauce in the baking dish.
  • Arrange 1/2 the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce; top with 1/2 the remaining pasta sauce and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat these layers starting with the ravioli.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan.
  • Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake uncovered 15-20 minutes more until bubbly and hot in the center.

2 (9 ounce) packages chicken ravioli, refrigerated variety
1 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
4 garlic cloves, minced
6 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 cup dry white wine
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 (28 ounce) cans whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package. Drain well.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Heat a dutch oven coated with cooking spray over med-high. Add onion, bell pepper, oregano and garlic; saute 5 minutes or til veggies are tender. Add tomato paste and next 6 ingredients, stirring well to combine; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring often.
  • Remove from heat. Add pasta to sauce, tossing well to combine. Spoon pasta into an 8-inch square dish coated with cooking spray and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or til cheese melts and begins to brown.

3 ½ cups pasta sauce (divided)
25 ounces cheese ravioli (frozen)
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
½ cup Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spread 1 cup of pasta sauce in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Arrange ½ of the frozen ravioli over pasta sauce, covering the bottom of the pan.
  • Top with ½ of the remaining pasta sauce, 1 cup of cottage cheese, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers again starting with ravioli.
  • Top with parmesan cheese. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble.
  • To make into a freezer meal, assemble casserole as directed above in freezable container. Secure with lid and freeze for up to 30 days. Thaw for one hour before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, or until cheese begins to bubble.

¼ pound ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound ravioli
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Cook and stir ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until the meat is browned and crumbly, 8 to 10 minutes; stir in garlic and cook just until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in diced tomatoes and mix in Italian seasoning and salt. Reduce heat to low and cook at a simmer, stirring occasionally, while you complete remaining steps.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil, stir in frozen ravioli, and reduce heat to medium. Cook ravioli until tender, 6 to 7 minutes. Drain.
  • Place half the ravioli into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and cover with layers of half the spinach, half the ground beef sauce, half the mozzarella cheese, half the Cheddar cheese, and 1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers once more and sprinkle top with remaining 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Cover dish with foil.
  • Bake in preheated oven until casserole is bubbling and cheese has melted, about 20 minutes.

2 (25 ounce) packages frozen cheese ravioli
4 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with juice
4 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps:

  • In a medium stock pot combine the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chopped onion, Italian seasoning, salt and water. Stir in the minced garlic in quantity desired. Allow mixture to simmer for 2 hours. If sauce seems dry add additional water.
  • In large pot of boiling salted water cook the ravioli until done. Drain.
  • In a 9x13 inch pan layer sauce and cooked ravioli. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and grated mozzarella cheese.
  • In a preheated 400 degrees F(205 degrees C) oven bake for 30 minutes, or until light golden brown. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
