HONEY BUTTER
I was desperate to find this, and couldn't find anything on it, so I started playing. This is what I came up with, and the family absolutely loves it.

- In a small bowl mix butter and honey until smooth.
- Store, covered, in the refrigerator.

ALWAYS SOFT BEST EVER HONEY BUTTER

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients except the butter, in a pot. Over med-high heat, bring to a soft boil, then reduce heat to medium low and let simmer until sugar is dissolve. About 90 seconds.
- Put your cubed butter in a blender and pour boiling mixture over the top. Blend on med-high speed until fully mixed.
- *At this point you can add extra flavorings to create concoctions such as cinnamon honey butter or apple butter. I don't usually do so, because on it's own this is incredible! But if you want to...
- Add 1/2 tsp of flavor, and blend again. Taste and add more if you so desire.
- Pour mixture into jars. I use the med-small mason jars (I believe they are 1/2 pint jars), and it fills 4 of them.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Slather on yummy foods!

- Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge, and let sit out to soften when ready to use.

- Vigorously whisk butter, honey, hot sauce, and salt in a medium bowl until smooth.

- Cut the butter into chunks using the dough scraper.
- Place butter into the mixer?s work bowl and beat at low speed, using the whisk attachment to loosen the butter. Increase the speed to medium and add the honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract and beat until well combined, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove butter from bowl and spoon onto parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll into a log and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Steps:
- Fill Jar no more than 1/2 full with heavy cream, add salt if desired.
- Screw cap on tight and shake. After a few minutes will turn to a whipped cream. Keep shaking and all of a sudden it will loosen up again and you will hear the butter hitting the jar and hear the separated buttermilk liquid.
- Stop shaking and drain (I like to do this into a cup for drinking)
- Spoon out butter in to bowl and use now or store or put into a mold(it gets hard when cold).
- tip- I found if the cream gets so whipped it is hard to shake from the sides a tablespoon of warm water added will loosen it up and speed up shaking time.
- We Stir in some maple syrup and use on pancakes.

HONEY BUTTER
I received this recipe from a lady in a department store who was demonstrating bread mixers. It makes quite a bit, I will guess at how much, because I have really never thought about it. This recipe can easily be halved, but typically I make the whole thing and then shape into logs or sticks and place them in the freezer and pull out as needed. I will give prep time 15 minutes for shaping into logs for the freezer.
