GARLIC CHEESE ROLLS FOR BREAD MACHINE
I've been making this recipe for several years but I don't remember where I found it. It's very good with Italian dishes.

Steps:
- Place first 7 ingredients in bread pan and select dough cycle.
- When cycle is finished, turn dough onto a floured countertop or cutting board (use flour sparingly).
- Gently roll and stretch dough into a 24 inch rope.
- Grease two 8 inch pie pans or one 13x9 pan.
- With a sharp knife, divide dough into 24 pieces.
- Shape into balls; place into prepared pans.
- In small bowl, combine butter and garlic; pour over rolls.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Cover and let rise for 30-45 minutes until doubled.
- Bake at 375º for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven, cut apart, and serve warm.

GARLIC CHEESE ROLL BY KRAFT (FOR RECIPES)
KRAFT foods supplied this recipe which makes 4 rolls of a product that Kraft no longer provides. I use the garlic cheese in my Brocolli/Cauliflower dip. There is no category for this so I submitted it to appetizer as that is where I use it

FRUIT CHEESE ROLL
This is posted for a request. It's from a cookbook I use often-The Aust. Women's Weekly Barbecue Book-though i've never made this cheese roll. I'm only guessing at prep time, and in the blurb, it says it can actually be made up to 4 days ahead to allow the flavours to really develop.

Steps:
- Combine fruits in bowl, add port, cover and allow to stand for 1-2 hours.
- Beat softened cream cheese and cheddar together in electric mixer, stir in rind and fruit mixture.
- Refrigerate covered for 1 hour.
- Roll mixture into a log shape about 20cm in length, roll in poppy seeds, cover and refrigerated 24 hours.
- Serve with crackers.

Tender, delicious rolls. They make my kitchen smells wonderful. They are baked in a non preheated oven. Be sure you don't overbake them !

Steps:
- Place all the dough ingredients in bread machine pan and select dough cycle. Add more flour or water, if necessary, to form a soft, smooth dough.
- ( If you are using a stand mixer, knead it for 7 to 10 minutes and let it rest for 1 hour before shaping the rolls. ).
- When cycle is finished, turn dough in a floured surface and cut it in 12 pieces. I usually cut the dough in 3 pieces and divide them in half, then, each piece in half again. Shape into balls.
- Place them in a greased 13X9 inch pan.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder and dash of salt.
- Brush the rolls with the mixture and sprinkle them with parmesan cheese.
- Turn on the oven for 1 minute, turn it off and put the pan ( uncovered ) inside of the warm oven. Let the rolls rise for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
- Set the oven at 350º F and bake the rolls for 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Grate Sharp Cheddar and Medium Cheddar cheese. Add cream cheese. Let it set at room temperature for 4 hours. Mix all ingredients. Shape into rolls ( i call them logs) about 6 or 8 inches long and about as wide as an egg i would say. This recipe will make about 6 logs. Roll them into the paprika until they are well dusted. Wrap them in foil and place in fridge overnight. They will keep for 4 weeks in fridge. After chilling, slice and serve them with crackers.
- Note* Aside from the 4 hours you have to set it out, it take about an hour to do the rest, but is well worth it!
