1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 cups prepared stuffing
1 can (10.5 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Work milk with beef and mix in onion.
Separate beef into 6 flat patties. Add a large spoonful of stuffing onto the center of each patty. Pull meat around stuffing and pinch closed. In a bowl combine soup, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Pour on top of the patties.
Bake for 45 minutes.

1 cup stuffing mix
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 pound ground beef
MUSHROOM SAUCE:
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Steps:

Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the milk, salt and thyme. Crumble beef over milk mixture and mix well. Shape mixture into eight thin patties. Divide stuffing among four patties; top with remaining patties and press edges firmly to seal., Place in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160° and juices run clear., For sauce, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients; heat through. Serve with burgers.

1 lb ground chuck or 1 lb ground round
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
1 cup seasoned stuffing mix (prepared as is on box -- I use Peppridge Farm Stuffing Mix, but any kind will do)

Steps:

Mix milk and ground meat.
Divide into 4 patties.
Put 1/4 cup of stuffing in center of each patty.
Mold the meat around the stuffing to form a ball.
Place in an 8x8-inch pan.
Add the soup (undiluted).
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Baste several times.

Steps:

Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
Combine evaporated milk and meat; divide into 5 patties.
On waxed paper, pat each to a 6 inch circle.
Put 1/4 cup of stuffing in the center of each; draw meat over stuffing.
Seal; place in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
Bake, uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine evaporated milk and ground beef. Divide the meat mixture into 5 equal portions then flatten each patty into 6" circle.
Divide the stuffing into 5 equal parts, place one portion on each patty then mold the meat to completely encase the stuffing and seal at the seams. Place the burger bundles side by side in the prepared casserole dish.
Mix together the soup, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Pour the mixture over the burger bundles then bake uncovered 45-50 minutes, until the burgers are cooked through and the stuffing is steaming hot inside.
