BARBECUED LIMA BEANS BAKED
These are the best! Not being a Fan of limas I just adore these. It may be the hot cheese or the sweetness of the brown sugar. I don't know but it's just too GOOD! It's a great side or serve over rice for a main meal. You can also skip the bacon if you're not into meat! You can add liquid smoke!

BBQ LIMA BEANS
Try these for a break from your regular baked beans. These beans always go over well at our summer cookouts and bbq's. If they are too sweet for your taste, you could add a teaspoon of dijon mustard. Preparation time includes allowing the beans to stand for an hour.

I liked these a lot. From the American Diabetes Association. Serve it with some cornbread, and I'm pretty sure you've got a complete protein fixed up.
