- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in bananas and Nutella.
- In a second bowl, sift together baking soda, baking powder, and flour. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture by batches, alternating with the milk, until everything is combined.
- Grease a muffin tin, or use paper liners. Portion the batter into the muffin tin. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 25-30 min or until a toothpick inserted in one muffin comes out dry and almost clean. Set tin on a baking rack for 15 minutes, then turn muffins out and leave on cooling rack until fully cooled.
- Meanwhile, melt chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler. When muffins are cool, spoon chocolate over the top of each muffin. When chocolate cools and sets, wrap each muffin and store in refrigerator.

- Preheat the oven to gas mark 5 / 190C / 375F. Add the egg to the mashed bananas in a large bowl and beat with a fork until incorporated.
- Add the sugars and the melted butter and beat again until combined.
- Stir together dry ingredients and sift into wet. Tip in the bran left in the sieve. Fold the dry ingredients gently into the wet in figure-of-eight movements with a metal spoon.
- Spoon mixture into muffin cases. If nutella is not soft, gently warm in microwave. Add 1/2 tsp to each case and swirl with a cocktail stick.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then insert a knife. If blade comes out clean, they are done. If not, return to oven and keep checking.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line two muffins pans with 16 liners. Set aside.
- In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the light brown sugar, sugar, oil, milk, eggs, and mashed banana. Stir on medium just to combine. Bake in the preheated oven for about 18-20 minutes, rotating the pans halfway through as needed to ensure they bake evenly. Once a toothpick inserted comes out clean, remove from oven and allow to cool slightly for a couple of minutes before removing them from the tins.

- In a large bowl, melt the butter and let cool slightly. Whisk in the sugar then the eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour and baking soda. Fold in the mashed bananas until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with some batter. Dollop 1 teaspoon of Nutella in a few spots on top of the batter in each muffin cup. Use the end of a chopstick or other small utensil to gently swirl the Nutella through the batter in each muffin cup.
