BAKED SPAM
This was on the can itself many years ago. I am sending what I make now, there are obviously changes from the original. My children/grandchildren think that this is the only way to cook Spam!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.

- Poke 5 - 7 holes in top of Spam. I use the end of a wooden spoon.
- Mix remaining ingredients together. Spoon about 2 teaspoons on top and place in oven.
- Bake about 30 minutes, pouring sauce on top every 10 minutes or so, until all sauce is gone.
- I slice it thin and serve with parsley potatoes and peas.
BAKED "LITE" SPAM
My younger sister found this recipe on a VERY old spam can at an old family house at Lake Chelan. I modified how I serve it (in slices and by using lite spam) but, the rest of the recipe is the same...a family favorite. Thank you Daralyn!

I have to say, I would have never touched Spam before my good friend Sue told me about this recipe, she said it was a total hit with both kids and adults. I had to give it a try and...it was delish! My family and I are hooked!

JOLEAN'S BAKED SPAM LOAF
This was a recipe of my Mom's that was a favorite to all us kids! I recently found her hand-written recipe and just had to post this (especially for Chef Bill Hilbrich who has a cookbook devoted to Spam...) When I look back on those years in the 70's when my siblings and I looked forward to this dish so much, I now realize that my Mom was just trying to "stretch her grocery budget," but how happy she must have been that we really LOVED this recipe! Funny, huh?

BREADED SPAM® STEAKS
I got this recipe from my boyfriend (being a guy, he eats anything fried). This is a good snack to make when you get the munchies. It can be made in any quantity you need.

- Deep fry the luncheon meat a few slices at a time until hot and golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain on a paper towel lined plate before serving.
