1 heaping cup all-purpose flour
3 large eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F; spray a 9-by-13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Stir together the chocolate-hazelnut spread, flour and eggs in a medium bowl. Pour into the prepared pan and spread the mixture to the edges.
  • Bake until the surface looks set and slightly crisp, about 25 minutes. Let cool slightly, then cut into squares and enjoy!

2/3 cup skin-on hazelnuts (about 3 1/2 ounces)
1 large egg white
Pinch of kosher salt
1/3 cup sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Toast hazelnuts on a rimmed baking sheet, tossing occasionally, until golden brown, 13-15 minutes. Wrap nuts in a kitchen towel and let steam 1 minute. Rub nuts in towel to remove loose skins (don't worry about skins that don't come off) and let cool completely. Pulse in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 300°F. Using an electric mixer on medium-high speed (or using a whisk), beat egg white and salt in a medium bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in sugar and chopped hazelnuts until well combined.
  • Using a tablespoon, spoon batter onto a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet, spacing about 2" apart. Bake cookies until golden brown, 16-18 minutes. Transfer cookies to wire racks and let cool.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray an 8x8" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Beat eggs on low speed in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment until combined. Add chocolate-hazelnut spread and beat until smooth. Add flour and salt and beat, scraping down sides of bowl as needed, until combined.
  • Pour into prepared dish; smooth surface with a spatula. Bake brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Let cool, then cut into 9 pieces and serve.

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
FROSTING:
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy whipping cream or refrigerated hazelnut nondairy creamer
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to butter mixture. Fold in hazelnuts. , Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (do not overbake). Cool on a wire rack., For frosting, in a microwave-safe bowl, heat chips and cream until chips are melted; stir until smooth. Stir in butter until melted. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until frosting achieves spreading consistency, stirring several times. Frost brownies. Sprinkle with hazelnuts.

2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup coarsely chopped roasted hazelnuts

Steps:

  • For cream cheese filling, combine cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Add egg, lemon juice, and vanilla and continue beating until well mixed.
  • Use a spatula to fold in hazelnuts.
  • Cover and refrigerate.
  • For brownie batter, melt chocolate morsels and butter in the top of a double boiler over simmering water over medium heat.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  • Set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350*F.
  • Combine sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large micing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and lemon coloured, about 2 minutes.
  • Beat in melted cooled chocolate mixture, then add flour mixture and continue beating until mixture is smooth.
  • Fold in hazelnuts with a spatula.
  • Spread half the chocolate batter into an 8 inch square pan.
  • Spread cream cheese filling over chocolate.
  • Gently spread remaining brownie batter over cream cheese layer.
  • Pull a spatula through layers to create a marbelized effect.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before cutting into 2 inch squares.
