1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup quick oats (the kind you cook, not the instant packages)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 -6 tablespoons milk

Steps:

  • Cream margarine and sugars.
  • Add egg.
  • Mix well.
  • Add peanut butter and vanilla.
  • Mix well.
  • Stir in oatmeal, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Put batter in a greased 9" X 9" square pan.
  • Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 25-30 minutes, or until done.
  • Combine icing ingredients.
  • Blend well.
  • Spread on brownies while they are still warm.
  • Cool.

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash salt
1 cup plain flour
1/4 cup butter
1 dash salt
2 cups powdered sugar (or half a box)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Grease shallow 13x9 pan.
  • Cream together butter and peanut butter.
  • Beat in sugars and egg.
  • Add flour, soda, vanilla and salt.
  • Mix well and spread in pan.

5 ounces thinly sliced corned beef
4 tablespoons thousand island dressing
2 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
2 ounces thinly sliced swiss cheese
2 1/2 ounces Coleslaw
3 tablespoons butter
3 slices seedless rye bread, 1 slice toasted

Steps:

  • Butter 1 side of 1 slice bread. Place the buttered side down on waxed paper.
  • Spread 1 T. of the thousand island dressing on the bread.
  • Place 1/2 of the swiss cheese on the dressing.
  • Top with sauerkraut and 1/2 of the corned beef.
  • Spread 1 T. thousand island dressing on both sides of the toast.
  • Place on top of the corned beef.
  • Press lightly.
  • Next layer the remaining corned beef, coleslaw, and the cheese.
  • Top with last piece of rye bread.
  • Butter the top.
  • Lightly press the sandwich together.
  • Heat a pan and grill until golden brown on both sides.
  • To serve: Slice the sandwich on the diagonal. Enjoy!

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

Steps:

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  • In a bowl combine butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add to butter mixture and stir until moistened. Stir in peanut butter.
  • Spread in a greased 7x11-inch greased baking pan.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until it is set in the center. Cool completely and cut in squares.

1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
3/4 cup cocoa
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts)
1 cup peanut butter chips
3/4 cup peanut butter, crunchy, smooth (or a combination of both)
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Steps:

  • Brownies:.
  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease 13x9 inch baking pan.
  • Melt butter in microwave. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  • Add cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt; beat until well blended. Stir in nuts and 1 cup peanut butter chips. Pour batter into pan. Melt peanut butter in microwave, approximately 20 seconds, until soft. Drop by spoonfuls or pour over surface of brownie batter. Run a knife through the peanut butter/brownie batter, to swirl peanut butter through brownie batter. Ensure you pull the knife Bake 30-35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides.Cool completely.
  • Frosting:.
  • Melt butter; stir in cocoa. Add powdered sugar and milk, beating on medium speed to spreading consistency. Add more milk, if needed.
  • Spread on cooled brownies, sprinkle with 1/2 cup peanut butter chips.

20 g sliced ham

  • Top with tomato and ham.
  • Spread the white bread on one side with a little butter and the Vegemite then place vegemite side down over the ham.
