Steps:
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add the tomatoes, spinach, basil, salt and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until liquid is absorbed, about 3 minutes., Stir in cream and cheese. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until thickened, 8-10 minutes. , Drain tortellini; toss with sauce. Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.

Steps:
- Cook tortellini in a large pot of boiling water until tender but firm (about 5 min).
- Add broccoli and cook until tender (about 3 min).
- Drain.
- In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce has thickened slightly (about 10 min).
- Add green onions and cook 2 more minutes.
- Add sauce to pasta/broccoli mixture and toss together.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min.
- Meanwhile, cook tomatoes in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. Add cream cheese and seasoning; cook 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Drain pasta mixture. Add to tomato mixture in skillet; mix lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

A friend gave me this recipe after she went on and on about how fabulous and easy it is. I have not tried it, but based on her comments, I think it will be good!

Steps:
- Prepare tortellini as directed on package.
- Chop tomatoes in chunky pieces.
- Blend bouillon with basil, parsley and pepper into the tomatoes.
- Saute the garlic in olive oil until just white.
- Add to the sauce and bring just to a simmer.
- When sauce is hot, add the cream to a non-aluminum skillet and bring to a slow boil and add the hot tomato sauce and cheese.
- Stir well and blend the tortellini into the pan of tomato basil cream sauce.
- Serve, topped with parsley and cheese.

- Serve with parmesan cheese grated on the top.
