1 teaspoon olive oil

Steps:

Preheat a 3.5-quart air fryer air fryer to 380 degrees F and spray the basket with nonstick spray.
Drizzle the chicken breast with the olive oil. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper on both sides. Put the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook at 360 degrees F until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center reads 165 degrees F, 18 to 20 minutes.

Lightly spray all sides of the frozen chicken breasts with avocado oil. Alternatively, you can also brush them with 1/2 teaspoon of oil per frozen breast. Then, sprinkle the spice mix on top of the breasts. Flip the chicken over and add the seasoning mix to the other side as well.
