CANNOLI CHEESEBALL
This easy make-ahead, no-bake Cannoli Cheeseball dessert recipe with be the hit of your next party. #NaturallyCheesy

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and lemon rind. Beat together with a mixer.
- Stir in 3/4 cup of the miniature chocolate chips.
- Spread a piece of plastic wrap out and pour remaining chocolate chips on top. Spread out evenly.
- Use a spatula to scoop out cannoli cheeseball onto plastic wrap. Grab one side of the wrap and roll to form ball and coat with chips.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Serve with vanilla cookies, graham crackers and pieces of an ice cream cone.

Steps:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add in the red velvet cake mix, the brown sugar and the powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and combined.
- Turn the mixture out onto a piece of plastic wrap.
- Wrap up into a ball and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Put the chocolate chips on a plate or in a shallow dish. Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap. Roll in the chocolate chips. (This might get messy!)
- Place on a serving plate and serve with cookies or graham crackers.

THE BEST CHEESEBALL
Super simple and delicious. I made 1 cheeseball, but this recipe makes 4 cheeseballs. Feel free to cut the recipe back if you don't want quite that much delicious cheeseball floating around. Steps:
- Place finely chopped pecans in a shallow dish and set aside.
- In a large bowl (or the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment), mix the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the cheddar cheese and mix until just combined.
- Lightly sprinkle all the seasonings and sauces over the cheese mixture and mix until thoroughly combined.
- With lightly greased hands, portion the cheese mixture into 4 pieces and roll each section into a round ball.
- Coat in pecans.
- The easiest way to do this is to hold the cheeseball in one and and scoop up the pecans and press them onto the cheeseball with the other, turning the cheeseball as you go and letting the excess pecans fall back into the dish (this helps the pecans go farther).
- Cover each cheeseball in saran wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

- Mix the sour cream with ranch dressing mix in a bowl until smoothly combined. Add the cream cheese and Cheddar cheese to the bowl, and mix together with your hands until thoroughly blended. Chill the mixture for 5 minutes, then shape into a ball.
- Place the pecans into a shallow bowl, and roll all sides of the cheese ball in the pecans to coat. Serve immediately.

- 1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the ricotta, powdered sugar and cinnamon and beat until combined. Stir in 1 cup of the chocolate chips.
- 2. Dump the mixture out onto a piece of plastic wrap. Gather the plastic wrap around the top, squishing the mixture into a ball shape. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 3. Place the remaining ¾ cup of chocolate chips on a plate or in a shallow dish. Open the plastic wrap and turn the cheeseball filling onto the chocolate chips. Use your hands to roll the ball to coat in the chocolate chips.
- 4. Serve with your choice of cookies or fruit.
