Ingredients

1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup instant tea, unsweetened
2 packages strawberry drink mix, unsweetened (Kool-Aid Brand)

Steps:

Mix all ingredients together.
Store in airtight container no longer then 6 months.
To make a cup of tea: 1 cup hot water and 2 to 3 tablespoons tea mix.

I found this in Southern Living (March 2004). A pretty, and tasty punch! Cook time is steeping time.

Number Of Ingredients 6

Ingredients

2 cups boiling water
4 regular size tea bags (I use decaf)
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (or fresh)
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 cup ice cube
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Steps:

Pour 2 cups boiling water over tea bags. Cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. Chill at least 1 hour.
Process chilled tea, frozen strawberries, and remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth and slushy.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!

I found this recipe on the back of a frozen strawberry package. It's really good on hot days! The tea is sweet already from the strawberries; so if you'd like, you can cut back on the sugar a bit. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 cups whole frozen strawberries
32 fluid ounces brewed tea, that has been cooled
1/4-1/2 cup white sugar (depending on how sweet you want the tea)
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

Steps:

Take 5 strawberries out of the bag and set aside.
With the remaining berries, blend in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Strain the pureed berries, discard seeds.
Mix together pureed strawberries, tea, lemon juice, and desired amount of sugar.
Chill until ready to serve.
Serve with ice and reserved berries as garnishes.
