- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, 6-8 minutes, breaking up beef; drain. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2- or 3-qt. slow cooker. Stir in the cream cheese, 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, Worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with remaining cheese., Cook dip, covered, on low 1-3/4-2-1/4 hours or until mixture is heated through and cheese is melted. Top with tomatoes and pickles. - Brown up ground meat
- Drain meat and place in a large skillet
- Over low heat, stir in cheeses, tomatoes along with their juices and all of the bacon bits except for 2 tablespoons (set these aside for garnish at the end)
- Cook while stirring frequently until everything is heated through and well blended
- Pour mixture into a 2-quart crock pot
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours stirring occasionally.
- Stir in parsley and sprinkle with remaining bacon bits just before serving

- In 12-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until crisp; drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon; reserve 2 tablespoons bacon for garnish.
- In same skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Reduce heat to low. Stir in cream cheese, shredded cheese, tomatoes and crumbled bacon until well mixed and cheese starts to melt.

- Place the bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Remove bacon to a plate lined with paper towels, reserving drippings in the skillet.
- Break ground beef into the skillet; cook and stir until completely browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain beef, return skillet to stove, and reduce heat to low.
- Stir diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, cream cheese, and shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend into ground beef. Crumble bacon and stir most of it, reserving a few teaspoons for garnish, into beef mixture; cook and stir until cheese begins to melt, 2 to 3 minutes; transfer to a slow cooker.

- 1. In a frying pan cook the bacon over medium-high heat. Cook until fully cooked & crisp. Drain off oil on paper towels. Crumble bacon & reserve 2 tbsp bacon for the garnish.
- 2. In the same frying pan cook the beef over medium-high het to 5 to 7 mins. Cook until fully cooked, drain off fat & reduce heat to low. Stir in the cream cheese,shredded cheese tomatoes & crumble bacon until well mixed & the cheese starts to melt.
- 3. Then pour mixture into 1 to 1 1/2 quart slow cooker. Cover pot, cook on low heat for about 2 to 3 hours or until hot & bubbly.

- Season and cook ground beef (or sirloin) on the stove top. Drain of an excess grease.
- In a crock pot, add cubes of Velveeta Cheese (original or Queso Blanco), 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes, all seasoned ground beef, sour cream and taco seasoning. Mix well together to spread seasonings amongst other ingredients.
- Place lid on crock pot and heat on HIGH for 45 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes. Smaller crock pots may need additional time to melt cheese, just continue stirring every 20 minutes until dip is melted and creamy.
- 15 minutes prior to serving, add a can of drained and rinsed black beans and continue to heat.
- Keep crock pot on low/warm for serving and keep cheese melted during a party.

- In a large skillet on the stove-top cook the diced bacon until crisp. Remove bacon bits with a slotted spoon and allow them to drain on several layers of paper towels.
