Steps:
- Whisk together the ketchup, lime juice, soy sauce, shallot, radish, ginger, chile, sugar and cilantro in a medium bowl and season lightly with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Can be made 8 hours in advance and refrigerated, do not add the cilantro until ready to serve.
- Heat the grill to high.
- Toss the shrimp with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Place onto skewers and grill for 1 to 2 minutes per side until lightly golden brown and just cooked through. Serve sauce in a bowl, surrounded by the shrimp.

Steps:
- In a shallow dish or resealable bag, mix together the lemon juice, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, brown sugar and curry paste. Add shrimp, and seal or cover. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat a grill for high heat. When the grill is hot, lightly oil the grate. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, or place in a grill basket for easy handling. Transfer the marinade to a saucepan, and boil for a few minutes.
- Grill shrimp for 3 minutes per side, or until opaque. Baste occasionally with the marinade.

- Remove the shrimp from the marinade, and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade. Thread about 4 shrimp onto each skewer.
- Cook on the preheated grill until pink on the outside and no longer translucent in the center, about 3 minutes per side.
