SWEET AND SASSY PORK TENDERLOIN

Steps:
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Cut tenderloin into 9 slices and brush with olive oil. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper.
- Place the meat onto preheated grill. Grill until no longer pink in the center, 3 to 4 minutes per side. When finished, place pork on a plate, and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
- While pork is cooking, stir together sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, Dijon mustard, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, and horseradish in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, and stir until smooth. Pour sauce over sliced tenderloin to serve.

SWEET AND SAVORY BRANDY SAUCE FOR PORK TENDERLOINS
With its subtle aroma, this "Sweet and Savory" sauce is a delicious way to turn a regular dinner of pork tenderloins into something special. The recipe is fast and easy, and uses ingredients which can usually be found in almost any house hold.

Steps:
- In medium size bowl, mix Brandy, Brown Sugar, Onion and Garlic. Set aside.
- Melt the Butter in a large frying pan until bubbly, then slowly add the Brandy mixture.
- Stir the sauce until it comes to a boil, then crush the Basil and drop it into the pan.
- Let the sauce boil for about five minutes, then bring the stove to a simmer.
- Place the Pork Loin into the frying pan, and cover.
- Let the Pork simmer until it reaches an internal temperature of 160-165 degrees.
- Let stand for about five minutes, then serve and enjoy!
SASSY SWEET AND SAVOURY PORK DINNER
I love thel ist for RSC 15 as it is usually on hand at home. So in honour of those ingredients here is a creation I hope you will enjoy as much as we did. The other white meat is healthy for you. Apples and a suprise with bread crumbs top off the taste to give you the sweet and savory petite explosion with each bite. Kids will love this yet it is company friendly. Looks very pretty on a plate for those dinners where you want to impress.

Steps:
- Onion- layer slices of onion across bottom of casserole dish.
- Country Style Pork Ribs-rinse and pat dry pork chops set aside.
- in medium flat bowl, beat egg and milk together.
- in a brown bag (or bowl) mix sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, basil, and Panko breadcrumbs, mix together.
- dip meat in egg mixture then cover in breadcrumb mixture, either by shaking in bag or by coating in a shallow dish both sides of chops.
- Heat to medium heat a large frypan, with the olive oil or sprayed with Pam.
- Sear country ribs til slightly browned and set into a casserole dish.
- (ribs may overlap some).
- Topping-Once completed, put an apple half on top of each rib, cored side up. ( a mini well should be in each apple from coring),.
- fill cored apple with apricot preserves divided evenly among the apples.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- add in water, cover casserole dish with cover or tin foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minute.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving so the juices can relax.
- NOTE-Times may need to be adjusted depending on the thickenss of the meat.
- I prepared 3/4 to 1 inch Country Style Ribs- blade steak cut for this meal.
- You may also just add in chopped apples and drizzle with the preserves.

- Season pork chops with salt and sprinkle evenly with ½ tsp. sugar. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Cook chops, undisturbed, until well browned underneath, about 3 minutes. - Pour remaining 1 Tbsp. oil into same skillet and add shallot and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until softened and just beginning to brown, about 3 minutes.
- Add vinegar and remaining 1 tsp. sugar to skillet. Cook, swirling pan occasionally, until vinegar is nearly evaporated, about 2 minutes.
- Add rosemary, capers, and ½ cup water to skillet; season with salt. Reduce heat as needed to maintain a very low simmer. Add butter and swirl pan continuously (and vigorously) until sauce becomes smooth, glossy, and emulsified.
