Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F Pour melted butter into ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish.
- Separate both cans of dough into 16 rolls; set icing aside.
- Cut each roll into 8 pieces; place pieces over butter in dish.
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs.
- Beat in cream, cinnamon and vanilla until well blended; gently pour over roll pieces.
- Sprinkle with pecans; drizzle with 1/4 cup syrup.
- Bake 20 to 28 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, remove covers from icing; microwave on Medium (50%) 10 to 15 seconds or until thin enough to drizzle.
- Drizzle icing over top.
- If desired, spoon syrup over individual servings.

Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and 1/3 cup sugar in warm water. Stir in salt and 2 cups flour. Beat mixture for 2 minutes. Beat in eggs and oil. Stir in the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
- When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Lightly oil a large bowl, place the dough in the bowl and turn to coat with oil. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume, about 40 minutes. In a small bowl, stir together 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon; set aside.
- Divide the dough into twelve equal pieces. Take each piece of dough, roll into a log and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the knots in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover the rolls with a damp cloth and let rise until doubled in volume, about 40 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until golden.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Pour melted butter into a 9x13-inch heat-resistant glass container (such as Pyrex®). Cut each cinnamon roll into 8 pieces and spread in the dish.
- Beat eggs using a whisk in a large bowl. Beat in heavy cream, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until combined. Pour over cinnamon rolls. Sprinkle with pecans and maple syrup.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, microwave cinnamon roll icing according to package instructions until soft, about 15 seconds. Pour over cooled casserole.

- Preheat the oven to 350˚. Generously butter a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Cut each round of cinnamon roll dough into 4 pieces. Reserve the frosting packets.
- Whisk together the eggs, half-and-half, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Add the cinnamon roll dough and toss lightly to coat. Pour into the baking dish.
- Mix the brown sugar and pecans in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top of the casserole and bake until puffed, golden brown and cooked through, about 35 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the contents of the frosting packets and the sour cream in a medium bowl until smooth. Let the casserole cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with the frosting.

Steps:
- Add the yeast to the warm water. Let sit while preparing rolls. Put a little sugar in the mixture to feed the yeast. It should rise.
- Scald milk; add shortening.
- Add sugar and salt and cool to tepid.
- Add beaten egg and yeast.
- Add flour 1 cup at a time beating after each addition. Add 4 cups flour. Dough will be soft but firm enough to handle. Add more flour a little at a time until you can handle the dough.
- Knead on a floured surface until elastic and smooth.
- Place in an oiled bowl and let rise 1-1/2 hours or refrigerate overnight.
- Press dough down and divide into workable sections.
- Roll out into a rectangle.
- Cover with melted or softened butter.
- Mix cinnamon and brown sugar and spread over melted butter generously.
- Roll up jellyroll style and pinch ends to seal.
- Cut into slices 1 inch thick (I use dental floss to slice evenly).
- Place in greased pan leaving space to rise. Let rise until doubled.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly brown.
- For the Frosting:
- Beat powdered sugar, melted butter and vanilla together, adding milk or cream to make a thick consistency.
- Spread over warm rolls to let frosting melt.
