Microwavable Chocolate Fudge Food

MICROWAVABLE CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Steps:

• Grease an 8x8 inch square pan.
• Place the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk into a medium sized microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Stir in the vanilla, then fold in the walnuts and marshmallows. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Chill until set.

EASY MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Steps:

• Place chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter in a microwave proof bowl.
• Put in microwave on MEDIUM heat for 1 minute then stir, continue heating and stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is completely melted. This prevents the chocolate from burning.
• Add chopped nuts and stir to mix. Pour into a lightly greased slice tin and put in the fridge to set, usually overnight, if you can wait that long!

ONE BOWL MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Steps:

• Microwave chocolate and milk in a large microwavable bowl on HIGH 1-3 minutes,stirring after each minute.
• Stir until chocolate is completely melted!
• Then stir in vanilla (and nuts if you like).
• Spread in greased 8 inch square pan.
• (I used butter flavored non-stick spray).
• Refrigerate until firm.
• Cut into squares.
• Makes 1 1/2-2 dozen.

EASY AS MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Steps:

• Place choc, butter and condensed milk in microwave bowl, place in microwave for 3 minutes (Or till melted and glossy) stopping and stirring after every minute.
• Stir in nuts and pour into slice tin lined with glad bake (sets quickly so don't dawdle -- lol)
• Place in fridge, once set cut into bite size pieces.

MICROWAVE FUDGE

Steps:

• Microwave 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips and a 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk, 5 minutes. Stir vigorously, then add 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Spread in an 8-inch-square pan lined with buttered parchment paper. Refrigerate, then cut into squares.

SEVEN-MINUTE GOOEY CHOCOLATE FUDGE MICROWAVE CAKE

Steps:

• Mix flour, sugar, 1 ounce cup cocoa powder, and salt together in a bowl. Add egg, milk, melted margarine, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine and transfer to a large microwave-safe bowl with sides at least 2 inches high.
• Combine brown sugar and 1 ounce cocoa powder in a bowl. Sprinkle on top of the batter in the microwave-safe bowl. Pour warm water gently over the cake; use a fork to gently prick a few holes in the cake to allow water to seep in.
• Cook in the microwave on high power for 5 minutes. Serve with ice cream or custard.

MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE-VELVEETA® FUDGE

Steps:

• Mix sugar and cocoa powder until blended. Microwave butter and VELVEETA in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until blended.
• Add sugar mixture gradually, stirring after each addition until blended. (Note: You may have to knead in the last sugar addition by hand.) Add nuts; mix well.
• Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

LIONEL'S MICROWAVE FUDGE

Steps:

• Mix sugar, flour, and salt together in a 2-quart glass mixing bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup melted butter and milk, then add chocolate.
• Microwave on high power for 5 minutes. Remove from the microwave and stir until chocolate is melted and thoroughly mixed in.
• Return to the microwave and cook to the soft ball stage or 245 degrees F (118 degrees C), about 4 minutes.
• Meanwhile spray an 8x11-inch pan with cooking spray.
• Quickly add walnuts, 2 tablespoons butter, and vanilla; stir until mixture begins to lose its sheen. Pour into the prepared pan and allow to cool, about 1 hour, before cutting into pieces.

EASY CHOCOLATE-SHOP MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Steps:

• In a large microwave-safe bowl place both semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter; microwave on MEDIUM for 3-5 minutes, removing and stirring once or twice during the cooking time (do not overcook or the mixture will turn grainy).
• At this point mix in the 1 cup mini marshmallows (if using) until completely combined.
• Stir in vanilla and nuts until combined.
• Transfer into greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
• Chill in refrigerator.
