Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine the flour, salt, and paprika.
- Coat chicken pieces with seasoned flour mixture.
- Melt butter in a baking pan.
- Add chicken and coat with butter on all sides.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the lemon baste by mixing all ingredients.
- Pour half the baste over the chicken.
- Turn over the chicken pieces and pour the rest of the baste over it.
- Continue baking 30 more minutes , or until chicken is brown and tender.

Steps:
- Combine first 6 ingredients in blender and blend until garlic and bay leaf are finely chopped. Transfer mixture to bowl. Add chicken to bowl and turn to coat. Marinate chicken in bowl in refrigerator, breast side down, overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place rack in roasting pan. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Place chicken on prepared rack and season with salt and pepper. Roast in oven until chicken is cooked through, basting occasionally with reserved marinade, about 1 hour 20 minutes.

- In a shallow bow, combine bread crumbs and seasonings.
- Dip chicken in egg, then in crumb mixture.

Steps:
- Marinated shredded chicken with egg yolk, cornstarch, lemon juice and few drops of oil for 30 minutes.
- Heat a cup of oil, deep fry chicken and set aside.
- Heat another tablespoon oil, saute garlic until fragrant, add sliced bell pepper, stir for 1 minutes. Stir in chicken and add half cup of water. Turn to high heat and stir for another 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Steps:
- Rinse chicken well. Pat dry. Place in slow cooker with the skin side up.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the relish, mustard and mayonnaise. When well blended, stir in chicken broth. Mix Well.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Cover cooker and cook on LOW 6-7 hours, or until chicken is tender but not dry or mushy.

- In a saucepan whisk together the zests, the juices, the sugar, the garlic, the cayenne, and salt and pepper to taste and simmer the mixture, stirring, for 5 minutes, or until the sugar is dissolved. Whisk in the oil and let the marinade cool.
- In a large dish arrange the chicken, pricked in several places with a fork, in one layer, pour the marinade over it, and let the chicken marinate, covered and chilled, turning it once, for 1 to 3 hours. Transfer the chicken with tongs to an oiled grill set about 6 inches over glowing coals or to an oiled ridged grill pan set over moderately high heat and grill it, basting it with the marinade for the first 20 minutes (discard any remaining marinade). Turn the chicken over and grill it for 20 minutes more, or until it is cooked through.
