Jalapeno Popper Dip is my go to party appetizer. Rich cream cheese, spicy diced jalapenos and sharp cheddar are topped with crispy Panko bread crumbs and baked until warm and gooey. Simply delicious!

4 ounces diced jalapenos (well drained OR 4-6 fresh jalapenos, roasted and diced (include seeds if you like it really spicy))
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
¾ cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
4 tablespoons butter ( or margarine, melted)
¼ cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • With a mixer on medium, combine cream cheese, garlic powder and sour cream until fluffy.
  • Add cheddar cheese, ¾ cup parmesan cheese, and diced jalapenos, mix well.
  • Spread into an 8x8 baking dish.
  • Combine bread crumbs, melted butter, ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  • Sprinkle the crumb topping over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes, or until hot and breadcrumbs are golden brown.

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
1 can (4 ounces) diced jalapeno peppers
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sliced green onions, optional
Corn chips, tortilla chips or assorted crackers

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar, chiles, peppers and 1/4 cup Parmesan until blended. Spoon into an ungreased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish., In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, oil and remaining Parmesan. Sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 min. or until golden brown. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired. Serve with chips or crackers.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup chopped green onion
5 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1 cup crushed buttery round crackers
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Cook and stir bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.

4 oz jalapeño, 1 can, well drained or 4-6 fresh, roasted and diced. include seeds for extra spice
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided
½ cup italian bread crumbs
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon dried parsley
bread, or crackers, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat the broiler. If using fresh jalapeños, cut them in half and remove the seeds, then place cut side down on a baking sheet. Broil them for 1-2 minutes, until the skins blacken and bubble. Remove from the broiler. When cool enough to handle, peel off and discard the outer skin, then dice the peppers. Set aside.
  • Turn the oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream. Add the cheddar cheese, ¾ of the Parmesan, and the diced jalapeños. Mix well.
  • In a separate medium bowl, mix the bread crumbs, melted butter, the remaining Parmesan cheese, and the parsley.
  • Spoon the jalapeño mixture into an 8x8-inch (20x20-cm) baking dish or a medium cast iron pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle the bread crumb topping evenly on top.

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
8 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded

Steps:

  • 1.Blend together mayonnaise, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  • 2. cut and remove seeds from all jalapeno peppers. Then chop fine or blend in a food processer. Add peppers to the large bowl. Blend mixture again 1min.
