INCREDIBLE HONEY WHEAT BREAD (NO BREAD MACHINE REQUIRED!)
I can't remember where I found this but it was somewhere on the internet. If you don't have instant yeast, you can use active dry yeast and heat water, honey, and butter to 125 degrees before adding it to the mixture, that's what I do. This bread goes great with everything! I recommend chicken salad. Despite the many instructions and ingredients, this is quite easy.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
- Stir until dough comes together and pulls away from sides of bowl.
- Knead for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Transfer to lightly oiled bowl, turning to coat all sides.
- Cover and allow to rise until doubled in size, at least 1 hour.
- Shape into 4 long loaves and place on lightly greased cookie sheet, cover.
- Let rise for 1 hour.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 30-35 minutes. Baking times will vary.

BREAD MACHINE BUTTERMILK AND HONEY WHEAT BREAD
This is one of my favorites. The recipe came from Eagle Mills. If you don't have buttermilk, you can substitute 1 cup milk plus 1 teaspoon cider vinegar, and let it sit about 10 minutes before using. You can also add 4 tbs. buttermilk powder to the dry ingredients and substitute water for the buttermilk. I have also used plain all-purpose flour with excellent results.

FABULOUS HONEY WHITE BREAD (BREAD MACHINE)
This recipe makes a loaf of bread that is high rising, soft textured, slices well, and keeps well too. All the qualities we get in store bought bread but, warm and fresh out of the bread machine, at a fraction of the cost too. I make this recipe 3 to 4 times a week. You will love this!!!

- Place ingredients in bread pan in order specified by your manual.
- Use the white bread and light crust setting.
- Press start.
- Your dough should be slightly tacky to the touch and soft when you press down on it, like playdoe when you first open it. If too dry add warm milk 1 teaspoon at a time. If too wet add white flour 1 Tablespoon at a time.

INCREDIBLE CUBAN BREAD
This is a slight adaption of a recipe from Amy Dacyczyn's "The Complete Tightwad Gazette." We lived on this bread when my son was little as we could not afford to buy regular sliced bread. We often make 12 rolls instead of the 2 loaves. This is wonderful bread!

Steps:
- Mix the 2 cups whole wheat and 2 cups of the white flour together.
- Add the yeast, the sugar, and the salt.
- Pour in the hot water and beat for 100 strokes (or 3 minutes with a mixer).
- Stir in the rest of the flour until it is no longer sticky.
- Knead it for 8 minutes.
- Put the dough in a metal bowl that you have sprayed with cooking spray.
- Cover it with a damp towel.
- Let it rise for 15 minutes.
- Punch it down.
- Divide it into 2 pieces.
- Shape each piece into a round loaf and put them on a baking sheet that you have sprayed with cooking spray.
- Cut an x in the top of each loaf.
- If you want you can brush the top with water and put sesame seeds or poppy seeds on top.
- Put the pan on the middle rack of a cold oven.
- Put a pan of boiling water on the bottom shelf.
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Bake the bread for 40-50 minutes or until it is deep golden brown.
- **Ifyou want to use your food processor, put all the dry into the bowl.
- Turn it on and slowly add the water until the dough forms a ball.
- Let it spin 20 times.
