2 tablespoons carob powder
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon pure butter

Steps:

Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan.
Stir gentley over a low heat until the mixture is creamy.
Serve immediately, poured over your ice-cream.

1 cup milk
1 tablespoon carob powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

Combine milk and carob powder in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisking to remove any lumps. Stir in honey and vanilla extract. Continue heating to desired temperature.

Here is a fudge you Will enjoy and not feel guilty about eating it. It is healthy and very good. This fudge is my sisters favorite after I made some for her. It is easy and yummy too! You can substitute ingredients too if you wish,like...flax seeds, oat bran, powdered milk.

1 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup carob powder
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped sunflower seeds
1/4 cup lecithin granules (optional)
2 teaspoons vanilla

Steps:

Melt honey in a double boiler over low heat.
Add peanut butter and the rest of the ingredients.
Press into a well greased 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle with additional cocout.
let set a few minutes and cut into 24 bars.
