RAINBOW CHIP FUDGE
Make a simple two-ingredient fudge recipe starring fan-favorite Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy rainbow chip frosting.

Steps:
- Grease 8-inch square pan.
- In medium microwavable bowl, microwave white vanilla baking chips uncovered on High in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth. Do not overheat; it's okay if a few lumps remain. Keep stirring, and they should melt completely.
- In another microwavable bowl, microwave frosting uncovered on High 20 to 30 seconds or until melted.
- Mix melted chips and frosting together; pour into pan. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.
- This fudge is slightly soft at room temperature. If desired, store in refrigerator.

- Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with foil, letting ends extend over sides by 1 in. Grease the foil with 1-1/2 teaspoons butter; set aside., In a large saucepan, combine chocolate chips, milk and the remaining butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in 2 cups peanuts. Place marshmallows in a large bowl; add chocolate mixture and stir well. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle with additional peanuts and marshmallows. Refrigerate until firm., Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Cut into 1-1/2-in. squares.

- Divide the 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk into six microwave-safe bowls. Each bowl should have about 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon.
- Pour 1 cup of white chocolate chips into one of the bowls of sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for 90 seconds at 70 percent power. Stir very well, using the residual heat to fully melt the chocolate chips. When smooth, stir in some drops of purple food coloring.
- Spread the purple layer of fudge evenly in the bottom of the baking pan. Place in the freezer for ten minutes.
