Homemade Lemonade Chex Mix Food

HOMEMADE LEMONADE CHEX MIX RECIPE

Steps:

• Pour cereal into a large bowl and then set aside.
• In a microwave safe container, add the white chocolate chips, butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Melt in the microwave for a minute, then stir. Keep melting for additional 30 second intervals until completely smooth when stirred.
• Pour melted mixture over cereal and gently stir until the cereal is evenly coated.
• Transfer the cereal into a gallon ziploc bag. Add the powdered sugar and shake, shake, shake your money maker.
• Serve it up & ENJOY!!

LEMONADE CHEX® MIX

Steps:

• In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals and almonds.
• In microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter uncovered on High about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in sugar and lemonade concentrate. Microwave uncovered on High 30 seconds; stir. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on High about 5 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until mixture begins to brown.
• Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.

LEMON MUDDY BUDDIES

Steps:

• In a large bowl, measure cereal and set aside.
• In a small saucepan combine butter, white chocolate chips, heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat.
• Continue stirring until smooth, add the pudding mix and stir to combine.
• Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
• Pour over cereal and carefully stir to coat.
• Toss with powdered sugar. If you add sugar a 1/2 C at a time then it's easier to coat the cereal.
• Spread onto a baking tray until cooled completely. Store in an airtight container.

CHEX® LEMON BUDDIES

Steps:

• Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside.
• In 1-quart microwaveable bowl, microwave chips, butter, lemon peel and juice uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
• Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; gently shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.

• Microwave uncovered on High about 5 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until mixture begins to brown.
• Spread on waxed paper to cool then store in airtight container.
• PUMP up the flavor by mixing in 1/2 to 1 cup dried cranberries, yogurt-covered raisins, dried tropical fruit bits or flaked coconut after microwave time, just before spreading to cool.
