HERSHEY'S CLASSIC CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
The milk chocolate chips (I used the Hershey's Mini Kisses, found in the chocolate chip section) are SO good and contribute to a serious gooey-ness going on in the center of these cookies.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Beat together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, and beat well. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add mixture to the butter mixture, beating well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet (mine were closer to 2 tbsp). Bake 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

- preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, combine butter and shortening; beat with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt; beat until mixture is combined. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until combined. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Stir in any remaining flour, the chocolate pieces and walnuts.
- Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer to wire rack; let cool.
- To store: layer cookies between waxed paper in an airtight container; cover. Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

- Add eggs and vanilla; blend well.
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
- Blend into creamed mixture drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet bake at 350° for 10 minutes (Do not over bake. Cookies will be soft. They will puff during baking, flatten upon cooling.) cool on cookie sheet until set, about 1 minute remove to wire rack to cool.
