1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Honey Ham
4 KRAFT Big Slice Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1-1/2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. each dried minced onion and poppy seed

Steps:

  • Remove rolls from package. Do not separate rolls. Cut block of rolls horizontally in half.
  • Place bottom halves of rolls in 13x9-inch pan; top with ham and cheese.
  • Spread mayo onto cut sides of top halves of rolls; place, mayo sides down, over sandwiches.
  • Mix remaining ingredients until blended; drizzle over sandwiches. Cover. Let stand 20 min.
  • Heat oven to 350ºF. Bake sandwiches (covered) 20 min. or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are heated through.

½ cup butter
1 onion, minced
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, or more to taste
1 (12 count) package Hawaiian sweet rolls, split, or more as needed
1 pound sliced deli ham, or more as needed
8 slices Swiss cheese, or more as needed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat; cook and stir onion until softened, 5 to 10 minutes. Add mustard, poppy seeds, and Worcestershire sauce; cook and stir for 5 minutes.
  • Arrange the bottoms from each roll in the prepared baking dish. Spoon 2/3 the onion mixture over the roll bottoms. Add ham and Swiss cheese to each roll. Put tops of rolls over the Swiss cheese layer. Brush the remaining 1/3 onion mixture over tops of rolls. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and bake until tops of rolls are lightly browned, 5 to 10 minutes.

2 pkg Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls (12 per package)
1 pkg deli sandwich ham, 16 oz.
12 slice Swiss cheese
1/2 c butter, melted
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp brown or Dijon mustard
1 tsp onion powder

Steps:

  • 1. Slice top from rolls and place bottoms in baking pan.
  • 2. Layer ham and cheese on rolls.
  • 3. Replace tops.
  • 4. Combine butter, poppy seeds, mustard, Worcestershire, and onion powder in a saucepan. Mix well.
  • 5. Drizzle over rolls. Refrigerate until butter is firm or overnight.
  • 6. Cover with foil.
  • 7. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
  • 8. Uncover and cook for 2 additional minutes.
  • 9. Serve warm or cold.

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon poppy seed

Steps:

  • Step 1.
  • Spread mayo onto 1 side of roll. Place a slice or two of ham and slice of Swiss cheese in roll. Replace the top of the rolls and bunch them closely together into a baking dish.
  • Step 2.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together poppy seeds, Dijon mustard, melted butter, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Step 3.
  • Pour sauce over the rolls, just covering the tops. Cover with foil and let sit for 10 minutes.

14-18 slices black forest ham lunchmeat (, about 200 grams (1/2 pound))
1 can pineapple tidbits (, drained)
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup butter (, melted)
1 tbsp mustard (, or dijon)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325F.
  • Keeping the 12 dinner rolls together, cut them lengthwise. Place bottom half in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
  • Lay summer ham slices evenly across the bottom half of the dinner rolls. Continue evenly spread the pineapple tidbits and grated cheese on top of the ham. Place the top half of the dinner rolls on top.
  • Whisk together the melted butter, mustard, brown sugar and garlic powder. Brush this butter mixture on the top of the dinner rolls.
  • Cover the baking pan with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake of another 10-15 minutes. The buns should be starting to brown and the cheese melted and bubbling on the sides.

1 package Hawaiian-style sweet rolls
9 oz thin-sliced deli ham
10 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup poppy seed or honey mustard dressing
2 tablespoons butter, , melted
1 teaspoon dry minced onion
1 teaspoon course-ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds

Steps:

  • Remove rolls from package, lay flat, and slice in two (so you have one single top piece and one bottom piece). Separate and lay side by side. Spread with dressing.
  • Layer Swiss cheese slices over both sections of sandwiches, covering as much as possible.
  • Layer ham over the bottom section of sandwiches. Carefully pick up top and flip over onto bottom section. Place sandwich rolls into aluminum pan. (Or if baking fresh, place into foil lined 9x13 dish.)
  • In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir. Brush or pour over tops of sandwiches.

9 Hawaiian sweet rolls
9 slices Ham
9 slices Swiss Cheese
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup good Dijon mustard
1/4 cup poppyseed dressing

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350 F
  • in a separate bowl, combine the Dijon and honey and stir until smooth
  • place the bottoms of the 9 rolls in a lightly sprayed baking dish
  • brush each roll with honey Dijon
  • top each with a slice of ham and then a slice of cheese
  • brush the inside of each top half of roll with more honey Dijon and place on top of each sandwich
  • liberally brush the outside of each top with poppyseed dressing.
  • cover with foil and cook for 15-18 minutes or until cheese is melty
  • broil for 4 minutes or until rolls are slightly browned/crisped
  • serve immediately, while hot
