Made this up today after trying (and loving) a hawaiian pizza made with tortillas for the Pick A Chef game.

- Preheat oven to 450*.
- Spread sauce on pizza crust. Top with cheese, pineapple and ham.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
HAWAIIAN PIZZA PIE
Enjoy this delicious pizza made for dinner with Original Bisquick® mix and bacon, and topped with pizza sauce.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Sprinkle inside of pie plate with cornmeal; tap to remove excess. Sprinkle Canadian bacon in bottom of pie plate.
- In 6-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion; cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Spread over Canadian bacon. Top with pineapple, olives and cheese blend.
- In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, pepper, milk, sour cream and eggs with whisk or fork until blended. Pour over mixture in pie plate.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges. Top each serving with pizza sauce.

MODIFIED HAWAIIAN PIZZA

- Put a pizza stone or upside-down baking sheet in the oven; preheat to 500 degrees F. Pulse the garlic, ginger, canola oil and a pinch of salt in a food processor until smooth. Mix 1 teaspoon of the garlic-ginger paste with the tomato puree. Stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch round on a floured surface. Put on a cornmeal-dusted pizza peel or upside-down baking sheet; slide onto the hot pizza stone or baking sheet and cook 5 minutes. (If you're using a prepared crust, skip this step.) Slide the crust back onto the peel. Spread with the tomato puree, then top with the cheese, pepperoni, pineapple and chile pepper. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts, 8 to 10 more minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit 5 minutes, then top with mint and Sriracha.

PIE IRON HAWAIIAN PIZZA
Whether or not Hawaiian pizza truly originated in Hawaii, the salty-sweet combination of pineapple and ham has its many fans. This camping-friendly version relies on ingredients that travel well (in a cooler) and can be found at just about any market. Plus it's fun: You encase the toppings in between two pieces of dough, seal it in a pie iron and cook over an open fire as you would a marshmallow. You want it close enough to the flame so the pizza gets nice and toasted but not so close that it will scorch-- and then turn, turn, turn. Patience is a virtue!

- Prepare a campfire or a charcoal grill for medium-high heat.
- Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 8 even pieces, roughly the size of the pie iron. Open the pie iron and place one piece of dough in one side. Top with 1 slice pineapple, 1 tablespoon pizza sauce, 1 tablespoon ham and 2 tablespoons mozzarella. Place another piece of dough on top and pinch the sides together to seal.
- Close the pie iron and cook over the fire or grill, rotating every 2 or 3 minutes, until golden all over, about 8 minutes total depending on the heat of your fire. Transfer the pizza to a plate. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to cook 3 more pizzas.
