4 bone-in pork loin chops
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 medium onions, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) no-salt-added stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
Hot cooked rice or mashed potatoes, optional

Steps:

  • Place chops in a 3-qt. slow cooker; sprinkle with pepper. Add the onions, celery, green pepper and tomatoes. Combine the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and bouillon; pour over vegetables. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or until meat is tender. , Mix cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into liquid in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high about 30 minutes or until thickened. If desired, serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
6 bone-in pork loin chops (8 ounces each)

Steps:

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, chili sauce and garlic powder. Remove 1/4 cup for basting and refrigerate. Add pork chops to the remaining marinade; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight, turning once. , Drain and discard marinade from chops. Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat for 4 minutes. Turn; baste with reserved marinade. Grill 4-7 minutes longer or until juices run clear.

4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Place chops in a shallow baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, prepare marinade by adding all the other ingredients.
  • Poor the marinade over the chops, turning the chops to coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours to overnight, turning several times.
  • Drain the chops, reserving the marinade. Pat excess moisture from the chops with paper towels.
  • Grill on an uncovered grill, over medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn and brush the chops with the reserved marinade (and discard). Grill 5-7 minutes longer until meat is no longer pink.

¼ cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning

6 boneless pork loin chops, trimmed of fat

Steps:

  • Mix water, soy sauce, vegetable oil, lemon pepper seasoning, and minced garlic in a deep bowl; add pork chops and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Remove pork chops from the marinade and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
  • Cook the pork chops on the preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, 5 to 6 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

  • Mix first 3 ingredients; pour over chops in shallow dish. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
