GRILLED PINEAPPLE CHICKEN FOIL PACKETS
Grilled Pineapple Chicken Foil Packets - chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onions slathered in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce and cooked on the grill!

Steps:
- Preheat the grill. Lay out 4 large (about 24 inches long) pieces of foi. In a bowl whisk together teriyaki sauce and sesame dressing.
- Distribute chicken, peppers, onions, pineapple chunks, and sauce between the sheets of foil. Fold the the sides of the foil over the fillings and seal shut.
- Grill packets for about 10-15 minutes, turning over once half way through. Carefully unfold foil packets and check chicken to make sure it is cooked through. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds if desired, serve immediately.

CHICKEN TERIYAKI WRAP
Steps:
- Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a single layer in a shallow dish. Combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger; pour over chicken. Marinate in refrigerator, turning once or twice, for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Heat grill. Remove chicken from marinade. Place on grill, and cook, basting with marinade, about 12 to 15 minutes, turning once. Let cool and slice in thin strips.
- Dress the romaine and julienne vegetables with the aioli and place on the bottom 1/3 of the tortilla. Top with the sliced chicken and the pineapple. Fold over the edges and snuggly roll up your burrito, dig in and smile!
- Place the yolks, juice, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and chile powder in a blender on medium speed. While blending, drizzle in the vegetable oil and then the sesame oil. Season, to taste, with the salt.
GRILLED PINEAPPLE APPETIZER WITH TERIYAKI GINGER CHICKEN MEATBALLS
Steps:
- Spray pineapple slices with cooking spray and grill or pan brown, lightly brush both sides with hoisin sauce. Cut rings into bite size pieces about 1 " wide (just big enough for the meatballs to sit on top of).
- Prepare a medium skillet with pan spray and brown al fresco all natural Teriyaki Meat Balls over medium high heat on both sides. Add water, cover and fully heat meatballs.
- Skewer meatballs on top of pineapple and lightly brush with the hoisin sauce to give a glaze.
- Set-up on a platter, and put remaining hoisin sauce in a small dipping bowl. Garnish with fresh mint. Serve immediately.

- In a large Ziploc plastic bag, combine 3/4 cup Teriyaki Marinade with chicken; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine 1/3 cup Marinade with pineapple slices, gently turning slices to coat; set aside.
- Remove chicken from bag, discarding used marinade.
- Grill or broil chicken, brushing often with remaining marinade, until thoroughly cooked, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Grill pineapple slices, brushing with remaining marinade in bowl.
- Serve with a pineapple slice under and on top of each grilled breast.
