- Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry; chop.
- In mixer add all ingredients together and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
- You may want to add only 1 cup of sour cream then see if you want to add the rest.
ONION RANCH DRESSING/DIP
I created this recipe after craving carrots with ranch dip and realizing I only had the carrots in the house. I happened to have lower-calorie ingredients hanging around so I experimented and this is what I came up with... it was so tasty my boyfriend ate it too without questioning the "low-fat" label. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. :-)
