S'mores are brought to a whole new level of indulgence with these gooey molten lava brownie cups.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Place foil baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups; spray bottoms with cooking spray.
- Make brownie batter as directed on box. Fill muffin cups with about 2 heaping tablespoons of batter. Squeeze fudge pouch about 10 seconds. Cut 1/4-inch tip from corner of pouch. Divide fudge equally among muffin cups by squeezing a small amount on top center of brownie batter.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until edges and tops are set. Remove from oven, and top each brownie cup with two marshmallow halves; return to oven 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are softened. Cool 5 minutes in pan. Remove from pan; cool 5 minutes. Top each with 1 teaspoon graham cracker crumbs and 2 chocolate bar pieces.

CLASSIC GOOEY BROWNIES

- For the brownies: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line an 8-by-8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper so that the paper overhangs two sides of the pan. Coat the parchment and sides of the pan with cooking spray.
- Combine the butter and chocolate in the top of a double boiler and melt over medium heat. Set aside to cool slightly. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl until pale yellow. Add the granulated sugar, espresso powder and vanilla extract to the eggs and whisk until fluffy. Whisk together the flour and salt in a small bowl.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the egg mixture and whisk until smooth. Fold in the flour mixture until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan, spreading it to the edges with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon. Bake until the batter is set and cracked on top, 30 minutes. Remove to a rack and let cool.
- For the icing: Whisk together the buttermilk, coffee, confectioners' sugar and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Remove the cooled brownies from the pan by using the parchment overhang to lift them out. Pour the icing over the top and spread with a small offset spatula. Let dry. Cut into squares and serve.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a 8x8-inch baking pan with greased parchment paper.
- Mix sugar, melted butter, chocolate drink mix, dark chocolate powder, and sea salt together in a bowl. Beat eggs and vanilla extract together until smooth. Fold egg mixture into cocoa mixture, incorporating as little air as possible. Sift in flour slowly while stirring until batter is thick and shiny.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring after each melting, 1 to 3 minutes.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan; pour in half of the melted chocolate. Pour in remaining batter; top with remaining melted chocolate. Press chocolate into the batter with a spatula so that only a small amount of melted chocolate is visible.
- Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 25 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven; top with marshmallows and caramel sauce. Bake until marshmallows are melted and browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from oven; top with walnuts. Cool until brownies are set, about 15 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter the bottom of a 7x11-inch freezer-safe baking pan.
- Melt butter and chocolate in a small pan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Add sugar and remove from heat. Stir in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract.

- Prep: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper. Place the whole graham crackers in the bottom of the pan in a flat layer, breaking pieces off as needed to fit the grahams in.
- Make the Brownies: Whisk together the melted butter and sugar - you can use a mixer if desired, but it's not really necessary in this recipe! Whisk in the eggs, 2 at a time, then add the salt and vanilla and mix. Add the flour and cocoa powder, and stir until you have a smooth chocolate batter! Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl with a spatula to make sure all the ingredients are incorporated.
- Bake: Pour the batter over the graham crackers in the prepared pan. Bake for 43-47 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the EDGES of the brownies comes out clean, and has some moist/gooey crumbs on it when inserted in the center of the brownies.
- Cool: Let the brownies cool for at least 3 hours or overnight before finishing them off with the marshmallow topping. If cooling overnight, let them cool a few hours at room temp, then cover them with foil until ready to finish.
