GEORGIA PEACH

Steps:

• Put all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice and shake.
• Serve!

PEACH MARTINI

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker mix all the ingredients along with the ice. Shake well and pour into a chilled martini glass.
• Garnish with a peach slice.

GEORGIA'S PEACHY COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Add the amaretto, peach puree, peach schnapps, bourbon and bitters to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously to blend. Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice and enjoy!

GEORGIA PEACH COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine the peaches, lime juice, rum, schnapps, brandy, vanilla, and sugar in the blender until smooth. Slowly add the ice with the blender running and process until smooth. Drizzle a spoon of raspberry puree, swirl and serve in chilled cocktail glasses.
• Raspberry puree.
• 1 - 12 ounce bag of unsweetened frozen raspberries
• 1/3 cup of granulated white sugar (or to taste).
• Place a large fine meshed strainer over a bowl and thaw 1 - 12 ounce bag of unsweetened frozen raspberries. This will take several hours.
• Gently press the berries to force all the juice from the berries. All that should remain in the strainer is the raspberry seeds.
• Add sugar to taste.

FRESH PEACH MARTINI

Steps:

• Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.

WHITE PEACH MARTINI

Steps:

• To make peach puree, add peaches and simple syrup to a blender; blend together until smooth (taste and add more simple syrup if not sweet enough).
• To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 ounces peach puree, vodka, peach schnapps, and lemon juice.
• Shake moderately; strain into a chilled martini glass.

FRESH GEORGIA PEACH COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine the vodka, peach liqueur, peaches, and ice in a blender.
• Blend until smooth.
• Add the raspberries and blend briefly, until berries are broken but not completely blended in to the drink.
• Pour into two balloon glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
