Easy, quick deviled ham is the perfect savory sandwich spread or dip that everyone will love no matter the occasion! Tasty ham is blended with lots of spices and creamy mayo to make an out-of-this-world appetizer or lunch spread!

- Use a food processor to grind the cubed cooked ham down to a finer consistency. Pulse until the ham reaches a dry ground ham appearance (but not so much that it turns to a paste).
- Transfer the ham to a large mixing bowl and add the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, hot pepper sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper, paprika, and celery salt. *Add optional ingredients if desired.
- Mix until well combined then cover with plastic cling film and refrigerate to chill before serving.

Steps:
- Blend together the cheese, onion juice, baking powder, egg yolk, and salt.
- Toast the bread round on one side.
- Spread the untoasted side with deviled ham and cover each with a mound of the cheese mixture.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until puffed and brown.
- Serve hot.

- 1. COMBINE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS IN A MEDIUM BOWL AND MIX WELL. CHILL COVERED FOR 1 HOUR.
- 2. PRE HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES
- 3. PLACE BUTTER AND WATER IN MEDIUM SAUCEPAN. BRING TO A ROLLING BOIL OVER HIGH HEAT. GRADUALLY STIR IN FLOUR AND SALT, STIRRING CONTINUALLY OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL MIXTURE FORMS A BALL. ABOUT 1 MINUTE. REMOVE FROM HEAT. ADD EGGS AND BEAT UNTIL DOUGH IS SMOOTH AND GLOSSY.
- 4. DROP BY ROUNDED TEASPOONFULS ONTO BAKING SHEET. BAKE UNTIL PUFFED AND GOLDEN BROWN, ABOUT 25 MIN. REMOVE TO WIRE RACK TO COOL
- 5. CUT OFF TOP OF EACH PUFF AND RESERVE. REMOVE SOFT CENTER AND DISCARD. SPOON 1 ROUNDED TEASPOONFUL OF HAM MIXTURE INTO EACH PUFF. REPLACE EACH TOP.

Cream puffs are a family favorite, but I prefer them savory and not sweet, so this is my take on a unique appetizer that disappears quickly! Crab, chicken or other cooked meat could be used to replace ham.

- In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise and milk until blended. Stir in the ham, cheese, pepper, chives, parsley and garlic. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use., In a large saucepan, bring the water, butter, seasoned salt, garlic powder and onion powder to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir until a smooth ball forms., Remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until mixture is smooth and shiny. Stir in the cheese, parsley and chives., Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks. Immediately split puffs open; remove tops and set aside. Discard soft dough from inside. - 1. Grease shallow baking dish or 2 qt. casserole well.
- 2. Blend Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce with deviled ham. Spread evenly onto each slice of bread. Cut bread into 1-inch squares.
- 3. Place layer of bread in baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat. Blend eggs, milk, pimento, salt and pepper; pour over bread and cheese. Let stand for about 15 minutes.
- 4. Bake in a 350ºF oven until puffed and brown, about 20 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small bowl combine finely chopped ham and onion, cheese, egg, mustard, and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Lightly spray a mini muffin pan with non stick cooking spray.
- Unroll crescent rolls and press dough into one large rectangle.
- Using a pizza cutter (easiest tool to use for this) cut rectangle into 24 squares.
- Press dough squares into muffin cups and shape up around the edges.
- Fill each muffin cup with some of the ham mixture.
- Bake 13-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
