1 brownie mix
5 cups coconut, shredded
1 can condensed milk, sweetened
1 can chocolate frosting

Steps:

Make brownies as directed on the box. While the brownies are baking, mix the coconut and milk together. As soon as you take the brownies from the oven, spread the coconut/milk mixture over hot brownies. Microwave the chocolate frosting just long enough to make the frosting pourable. Pour over the coconut topping. Spread to seal edges. Cool, cut and enjoy!

3 1/3 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup Karo light corn syrup
2 eggs
6 ounces melted unsweetened chocolate squares
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts

Steps:

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Mix margarine and sugar, and stir in syrup and eggs.
Stir in flour mixture, melted chocolate, vanilla and nuts.
Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
Bake in 350 degree oven 10-12 minutes. Do not over bake.

3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add corn syrup and egg; beat well. Stir in chocolate and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; add to chocolate mixture; beat well. Stir in walnuts., Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm. Remove to wire racks to cool.

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 container chocolate frosting

Steps:

Prepare brownies and let cool completely. In the bowl of your mixer combine coconut, condensed milk, and powdered sugar until all ingredients are incorporated. Spread coconut mixture over brownies. Place can of frosting in the microwave for 10 seconds (please be sure to remove foil liner and lid) until pourable. Pour frosting over the coconut mixture. Let cool and set up.
